I have a great experience every time I go here the staff know their stuff and I get quick service they are even great with the UPS drop can't complain with that either

Check around at price comparisons. Advance is as good as any other. The staff are great though. They are eager to help and most of them are knowledgeable about parts. Elizabethtown, NC is the greatest of Advance Auto stores. There are some geniuses working there.

I highly recommend Christopher and Thomas for your overall audio mobile needs! Don’t waste your time at Whiteville. The whiteville location has poor customer service and only present to take your money. The Chadbourn location goes up and beyond for their customers. Not to mention they held a cookout this afternoon for the red heart association. Words of advice. Thank you

The manager and all of his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! If they don't have a part, he can locate one quickly.

Recently my husband and I were taking our family on a trip to Washington DC. We were about an hour away from home when are alternator died. Luckily for us it died right in the parking lot of your store. The two gentlemen who helped us get back on the road within an hour are a great example of going a step beyond to help others. Thank you again without your help we would have returned home..! ❤️

These guys are pros. I bought a wrench for my oil filter, but didn't have the proper adapter for it, so not only did they let me walk in to try out all the respective wrenches on my filter, but they also let me turn in the old tool for store credit towards my new one. Super friendly, really helpful, and honest, these guys and gals make it easy for an amateur like me to get into the practice of repairing my own vehicle.
