I had a terrible wreck that wasn't my fault and Mr. Alex was the one to take my car away. It was my first wreck and I was horrible shaken. Mr. Alex was incredibly kind to me the entire ordeal, and provided services above and beyond his duty to make sure my artwork for school would be safe from the oncoming rain.

I have been a customer multiple times of Whitnall Towing. The tow truck driver, Alex Moss is absolutely fantastic. They are very reliable. When my car broke down in the middle of the road, as soon as I made the call and explain what happened they said I’m on my way & gave my family a ride home safely. I highly recommend Whitnall Towing. One of companies drivers Speed through green mountain rv park on the evening of July 28th well over 25mph in a well posted 10mph zone and when asked to slow down said a few choice words and then floored it out of the park driving recklessly. Park has narrow roads and tight turns. I was pushing my kid in a stroller and had to dart over to the side. Unacceptable driving behavior. This happened on the way in and out with one of the trips with a client car on flat bed.
