Best services in the region. They can, will, and have recovered about anything ya could think of. I’ve used them tons of times, from towing a multitude of vehicles, to assisting with heavy-lifts. Don’t listen to the petty false reviews and petulant females with a thirst for attention. These guys are as legit as they come.

This has got to be BEST towing company around WNC! and Kenneth knows what he is doing for sure! We had an awful situation on a personal bridge with a truck full of gravel. Kenneth saved the day! and Andy was just as nice when explaining what happened and our needs. They were fast, fair and excellent at getting the job done!
These guys are the greatest!!! They came all the way to Mountain City, TN to help us. When a wrecker couldn't be used for our situation, Scott Kilpatrick got my number. He said he would text me the next morning with a number for someone that could help fix the axle. I really doubted that I would hear back from him because people just forget. He didn't forget, he texted at 8am the very next morning and had me to send him pics of my axle. He sent them to someone else and then got me the help I needed. Who does this in this day and time???? I literally do not know where to began about this towing company. From the very pleasant and sweet lady that assisted me on the phone, to the towing service provided, all were beyond exceptional. Andy is top of the line when it comes to customer service, lightening fast response, and professionally knowledgeable on all aspects of towing. I have never in my life seen a towing company arrive so fast, especially given the fact that he stays busy. I would 1000% recommend KEEN to handle all your towing needs. Andy towed me from Boone/Lenoir to Blacksburg SC, it was a super pleasant experience. He is a safe and courteous gentleman, and you are guaranteed to have a great intellectual conversation on the way to your destination. Words cant express how pleased I was with KEEN towing. Kenny showed up at a decent timeframe, and was able to load my vehicle safely even in a difficult driveway. They even communicated when it was delivered to the shop I sent it to, including a photo evidence.
Andy has always taken care of us and our business with any towing needs. He is always kind, courteous and prompt with his service. His staff is always kind to us and professional.
