Genuinely great people. Called late night for service and he was really friendly and handled the service better than any other wrecker I’ve had to call in the past. (You never hope you need one) but if you do and are in the area highly recommend!
Tuckers Towing is the only towing company I will us! This was my second time using his services and just as the first time, Terrence went above and beyond. I had to wait on my ride to get to me and Terrence had already loaded my truck up and was ready yo go, instead of him leaving to take my truck to its location, he insisted I sat and waited in his warm truck so I wouldn’t freeze while waiting! As always THANK YOU SO MUCH for being such a great, honest and respectful man/business!
Used Tucker to tow my truck to a repair shop, was on time and treated my vehicle as if it was his own. Delivered within an hour and was notified of the delivery. Excellent customer service!

I called Tucker's based on reviews. From my call to them to the time my truck was loaded and heading for their shop was under a hour.They also did the repair and my old truck and it is running smoother then it has in quite sometime. As a Senior it is good to know these guys have my back giving me peace of mind should I need help with my vehicles.

Called because my sister locked herself out of her car and it was well pass 5:00 pm. They came right out and had her in her car within 10 minutes despite the rain. Wonderful and courteous gentlemen. Thank you!
I first called at 8:31 and was told it would be about an hour. We got to my car around 9 so that they would not arrive without us being there (the last towing company I used arrived 15 minutes early). After waiting 15 minutes past the time they said, I called again at 9:48 and was told it would 10-20 minutes with no explanation of the delay. I called a third time at 10:16, and they said they were on the way and "had gotten a little behind". I asked how far away they were and was told about 5 minutes. The guy actually arrived at 10:28, an hour after the initial estimate. The guy was okay and got it on the truck in about 10 minutes. He didn't say anything about the wait until after I paid and gave a quick sorry which came across insincere and did not give more of an explanation except "we got behind". It seemed as if they forgot about us initially, then tried to play it off as being busy; if they would have been up front about it on the second call, I would have completely understood and would not be upset. Nobody is perfect, and things like that happen all the time. That's would have given us time to go home and come back instead of waiting for no reason. I will not use your company again, and regret not calling the towing company I used last time.
The guys at Tucker’s Towing are second to none! They’re hard working guys that take care of their customers the way they’d want to be taken care of. What more can you ask for? For my auto-service and towing needs I won’t hesitate to call Tucker’s!
These guys are courteous and professional and good to deal with! They were on time, did what they said they would do and made a difficult situation a whole lot easier!!! They will definitely be my tow company of choice!!
