The worst auto parts place that I have ever been in my entire life the customer service was so crampy I was denied help when I needed it the most I was left out in the dark in the cold with a broke down vehicle cuz I showed up 20 minutes before closing time and they refuse to help me I've never been treated so badly in my life
The worst O'Reilly's I've ever been in the employees were rude and unhelpful, actually refused to help me because they said that it was closing time when it was 20 minutes till 9, almost made me want to become a permanent advanced auto customer. I was in the parking lot with a bad battery.After I had struggled to get there , having to stop and have the battery jumped repeatedly to make it from one side of town to the other. I had also purchased extra warranty on this battery.\n My vehicle in the parking lot broke down due to the battery they refused to give me service because they were closed and it was closing time when it was 20 minutes til. When they advertise, they have excellent customer service and they're there.When you need them\nIn my case , they were there , if my need was to be left in the parking lot.Abandoned with a vehicle that did not run
As soon as I entered, I was greeted warmly by Adrienne, the assistant manager. She helped me identify what I needed, explained the differences (pros/cons) of the various options, and then went out and replaced the faulty parts for me. There was never an attempt to upsell anything, and I was treated respectfully from the beginning. It was the first time I had ever entered an O’Reilly store, but I was treated like a valued customer. I plan to bring my business here in the future.
Asst. manager was extremely rude and disrespectful!! Asked if he could help with a fuse replacement for my car as I can't bend down and get to the fuse box because I'm a disabled 71 year old veteran. Rudely informed me that he was not a mechanic and that he would not even assist! He can replace a battery or windshield wipers, but a simple fuse is to much for him to comprehend!!!!
I'm gonna tell you what, this place is beyond amazing. Especially the young man that helped me with my head lights. He didn't have to but he did and he got dirty and nasty and I said I was so sorry several times and he said it wasn't a problem. He was very sweet and nice and took time out of his day to help me when he didn't have to. I am forever grateful to this young man. Very respectful
Never been here maybe once or twice. Usually we go where the best price is and check ahead of time, but today was out and it's been very hot. We had the AC on, and the next thing we knew, the serpentine belt had shredded and wrapped around the axle. Luckily, we were right by O'Reilly's. Went in, checked the price for the part, and bought it. They were kind and let us use the restroom. Then out in the parking lot, attempted to repair the serpentine belt. Well, it's very large and goes around many pulleys in many directions from top to bottom, so it was a pain to get to the bottom and it was hot. So I went back in and asked for help. They gave me a pole for us to reach down and complete it. They were very helpful, affordable, and a godsend. We broke down there, of all places. I would highly recommend them. It was the one in Candler on Smokey Park.
Called to check pricing and get more info told me to that he doesn’t have time for customer service, Not the right way to sell your products, Won’t go there anymore
The nice young lady at the counter Adrienne and the manager Shane helped me find a part for my lawn mower that every other parts store I went to told me they couldn't get. It was even on the shelf!! Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts for having counter help that knows what they're doing; I will be coming here 1st next time!
Would not price match on a part because the store that they were price matching was one block down did not have the part in stock they had It at another store 5 miles down the road We’re extremely rude. I should’ve known better every time I try to deal with O’Reilly. They’re always got some excuse. Poor customer relations.
I bought both front windshield wiper blades. The young lady that put them on did a fantastic job, and another young lady explained the different clasp that came with them. They offer a 1yr warranty where every other place I've bought from didn't. I will be buying the rear wiper blade from them soon.
Adrienne!! We were traveling and staying in Candler when we experienced a brake caliper seizing on our Town & Country. Adrienne ensured that I got the correct parts and tools so I could fix the problem at our rental cabin with the help of Door dash delivery! Top notch service! Thank you
Never have I gotten the wrong part and they always look for ways that I can save more money. Ryan is a great manager and is on target for getting what you want.

O'Reilly is always my first stop for auto parts. They are professional in every sense of the word. They are highly knowledgeable about their products.
The reason they are first on my list is that several years ago I needed a part for a 4 wheel drive truck. Everywhere I tried before O'Reilly's said that the particular part I wanted couldn't be obtained and that I would have to spend over 300.00 and get a whole unit which had my part in it.
When I finally went to O'Reilly's they told me they could get my part I wanted, have it there in 2 days and that it would only be 80.00. Needless to say in 48 hours I had part in hand.

Well I paid 109 for parts .I ask for synthetic per my mechanic and didn't take him what I ask for.just double check w customers everything in detail .some don't have time,trust too much ,or just may need assistance.he assisted me checking my battery too .he volunteered to check alternator because those go hand in hand I guess you can say.but very friendly and helpful.
Good store. Quick service. They made sure I found everything I was looking for. I asked about a local shop to do some work on my truck. They had multiple recommendations. Friendly.
I found O'Reilly' employees to be really friendly and super helpful! I called ahead for a price and availability. They brought the items that I needed to the front and put my name on them. When I got there, there was no waiting, my order was right there, I paid, they put it in my car. I don't think it could have been any easier!
Of course, O'Reilly's is covid and handicapped compliant. They have a nice level parking lot and, it's easy to get into and out of from 19-23.
I found O'Reilly's to be very convenient, with very competitive pricing. I highly recommend you give them a try!
I was stopping in for somsome help with my headlights and transmission fluid. John was a beyond helpful employee! And for someone like me, who knows near to nothing about cars, they made this uncomfortable problem an easy solution.
