Great service. Batteries typically last longer than expected. (My last 5-year battery lasted 7 years!)

Kudos to the crew @ Candler for the quick turnaround on setting us up as a retailer for Interstate Batteries. And a shoutout to John for his professionalism in getting everything arranged at the shop.

This is my "go-to" battery store. I grew up in the auto parts business and these guys have the only batteries that I feel comfortable recommending for any sort of automotive use. In addition, we use them for are of our UPS batteries for all of our electronic equipment. They always have a good selection and I have never left because they didn't have what I need in stock.

Had a battery die while traveling over the holidays. I was able to meet with Greg at this location and he had me on my way with a new battery in under 10 minutes. Even saved me a few dollars!

I literally pulled into the shop on my last crank. They asked me to crank it up while they changed the battery (keep power to computer on) and then had to jump it off for me. Very knowledgeable and professional! I was in and out within 15 min. I highly recommend anyone reading this that doesn't know how to (or want to) change thier battery to go here. I've not had customer service like that much before in my life. I will be recommending this Interstate battery to anyone who will listen.

You can get a battery for any thing at Interstate Battery! They have the little tiny round batteries. They have batteries for boats, lawnmowers, cars, trucks, watches...... Anything. They also offer all sorts of battery chargers and testers. I'm sure they have all sorts of things of which I'm not aware. If it has anything to do with batteries, they probably have it available. It's a nice new store. It's handicap accessible and Covid conscious. If you need a battery, check them out. I got a great deal on a battery for my car!

They have what you need. Good product and friendly, service.. Just go see Paul and the guys they will be fair on price and tops on service!!!

Please stay away from this dealer. Very rude and unprofessional. Had to call corporate office to get them to honor warranty. Worst experience ever.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and open to explaining and giving information. I would like to give 5 stars.. but.. Reason for low rating is because staff was not wearing any masks. Made me feel uncomfortable. All the customers have masks but the workers don’t... I’m glad we are willing to keep them safe but they aren’t willing to keep our safety in mind.

Installed new battery and both terminals in my truck. Very knowledgeable and friendly employees. Highly recommended. I bought new terminals from dealer at $38 a piece (idiot) and will be returning. The ones they used where a lot better quality and way cheaper. Thanks guys

Best place to buy great batteries. Anything from alarm systems, lawn mowers,motorcycles, cars and trucks. Nice people here and next door at their tire store.

THIS PLACE IS OPEN, it is still in business!! Interstate batteries were recommended by all of my industry friends, literally all of them. If you need a battery, I highly recommend this Interstate All Batter Center, they are a locally owned franchise. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. They allowed me to return my old battery the next day and refunded my core charge. They even went the extra distance and put a new battery in my digital dial caliper. If you are headed west on Smokey Park Highway this shop is past the Shell Station on the right, beside the Mountain View Tire & Service, the entrance comes up pretty fast so its easy to miss the turn in.

Great business! Competitive prices on quality batteries. Have gotten a few there and even got a price match on one. Friendly and helpful staff.

Fast, Friendly, professional service. Had my 10 year old battery checked, low amps showed it would fail in cold weather, had an OEM equivalent installed and out the door in minimum time. Recommend highly.
