I brought a motorhome to Diesel Power for repair of windshield wipers. I was advise that it was a defective steering column wire harness. Cost to repair approximately $500 . I paid $159 for their diagnosis. I replace the wire harness at a cost $200, which was not the problem. I replaced the wiper module and it corrected the problem. I requested a refund for the faulty diagnosis an submitted a copy of invoice of the wiper module . I have not received a response from Diesel Power

Will in the front office handling all mechanic stuff gave great detail and was focused on helping my company get the truck back in working order. Couldn't be more blessed for the great job his team did for me in a convenient amount of time.

I had some issues with my Allison/ Cummins Motor Home while in the Asheville area and was told after a few phone calls the best place to take it was Diesel Power truck center in Candler NC. The Service Advisor William Hall was top notch and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All of the staff from parts desk to James Swift the technician were amazing. I would highly recommend this facility

Diesel power in Candler NC is hands down the best, most professional truck repair facility on the East Coast. As an Owner/Operator, truck maintenance is a big deal and my experience with this shop has been absolutely amazing, especially the customer service representatives out front. As an example, William Hall is one of the best service representatives I have ever encountered. He is smart, knowledgeable, and most importantly, willing to listen to the customer. It is very clear that he cares they got my truck Runing in a day they are professional they know what they doing I I’m 100 % satisfied with the service they know what to do thank you everyone guys … is very recommended if you want to get your truck fixed right now!!! I would not recommend taking your truck here for anything more than a brake job and oil change. I was having trouble with my transmission which operates off air (automatic I-shift). I was told they checked some things and changed a ccv value and tried to recalibrate my trans and that did not fix it. I was told my truck needed a new transmission. I provided a transmission had them install it. Was called and told my truck was ready for pick up after having my truck for a month. I pay my bill and go out to my truck to only discover my truck was doing the exact same thing as when I brought in it. I had the shop manger come out and show him what was going on. He told me it had to be an actuator. The actuator came in and that didn’t fix the problem either. So they were basically guessing at this point. Brandon claimed it was still my transmission because I provided a used trans, and said I brought a bad trans. They had my truck a couple more days and Brandon calls and tells me they got the truck fixed. They installed a reman ccv value that was faulty. They replaced it with brand new ccv and that fixed my truck. So I had 20k in parts and labor invested for no reason because they put a faulty ccv value on my truck to begin with. That same used “bad” trans is in my truck and is running fine now. I contacted the GM Josh over two weeks ago. And he told me he would have a meetings with the guys to see what went wrong, that has been over two weeks ago and after serval attempts trying to get in touch with him leaving voicemails and emails I’ve been left out to dry. Very unprofessional, and just bad business all the way around

They did a great job on my motorhome, they found a couple of little problems and fixed them pronto! William really looked after me and I am really pleased with their service.

George here. What an amazing service Diesel Power provides. We own a 2017 Tiffin Motor Home and we needed to replace ALL of our tires. They did a great job ordering and installing the tires. Best of all their quote was over $1000 less than other camper repair shops. William was our service manager and I feel I came away with a trustworthy friend. Would I recommend going to this truck center for repair service? An enthusiastic YES!

To set the stage, I am a full time Traveler in a School bus conversion. I have about 4 months of experience with maneuvering my bus which is a learning process of both mechanical and driving skills. Two weeks ago I called in with a question regarding my air tanks, the service manager helped me right on the phone, it was simple and he spent about 30 min answering random questions I had. About 5 days later, I decided to bring my bus in for some preventative maintenance and 4 cables to release condensation in my air tanks. I was here for about 6 hours, but it was smooth as butter and they have a GREAT spacious lounge with WiFi, tv, and recliners for comfort. The next day I took off on my travels. I ended up puncturing a hole in my transmission pan about 90 miles away. I was panicked as I am traveling alone. I dialed the service manager and not only did he calm me down, he told me it is fixable (expensive but fixable), he also did a quick search for mechanics in that location. I said no, I will have it towed to you. Once it was towed and assessed, and the parts came in (5 days) the work was completed within two days (it was quite the job). The mechanic answered the many questions I had and the service manager went above and beyond to make me comfortable and safe. I was allowed to stay at the shop for a week (as my RV is self sufficient), the service manager took me to grab groceries and offered to take me anywhere else I needed to go. The other members of staff were quiet and kept to themselves while I worked. I was safe and not judged for a road hazard I could not see. I could not recommend Diesel Power Truck Center or Will any more if I tried. I was kept in the loop, I was warned of a timeline (2 weeks, ended up being 8 days), and I was kept informed of costs. Which I think we can all appreciate. Honesty, integrity, and even a good few laughs to pass the time.

We have been very pleased with this facility and especially our Service Advisor William. He gave us superb customer service and the quote was exactly what he said and our RV was ready when he said it would be.

This place rocks. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I drive a Class C motorhome I stopped down the road today to get my six tires checked for air for safety. The gentleman there said he couldn’t do it although it was a very nice updated tire shop. He sent me down the road a few miles to diesel power I’m so thankful he did. These guys diesel are awesome. They have 14 bays. They took me in and immediately. The young man that took care of my tires was awesome. Just like the gentleman out front were I was in and out in no time at all. I just want to say if you have any diesel problems tires whatever I can’t impress enough to go to this place they had motorhomes there classes diesel trucks a very top notch place highly recommended, thank you guys so much. I feel so much safer on the road as I am traveling alone thank you. .

Had our company Semi Truck Glass damaged on I-40 near Old Fort, NC carrying an express load and needed urgent windshield replacement for 2020 Freightliner Cascadia. Arrived by 7a.m and requested service. Initially informed that we would get a slot by 2pm. However, after explaining our urgent nature, William Hall promised he would do his best to accommodate out request. He managed to get us in quicker than we thought, service was done and we were on our way by 1:30pm instead of the check-in time of 2pm. Almost 3 hours earlier. The work was done beautifully, customer service and communication was impeccable. Wished all truck service companied were like this. Outstanding!!!

*AVOID* this place at all cost...they misdiagnosed my truck I came to them for a radiator replacement 2 weeks later we started loosing coolant again brought the truck back they said it was egr cooler replaced that two weeks later diesel fluid in the coolant I bring it back the manager Josh tells me that they are refusing to fix my truck because of my complaints....the guy Brandon took my oil dipstick reservoir caps off my truck until I payed the bill lol... I told him I was on my way I get to the truck and t guess they figured I was going to steal the truck... these people are crooks they also use used parts and charge you for newer ones... this place is very bad and they mechanics are below average. .

I am recommending everyone that needs their truck or trailer repaired, if you can make it, bring it here. I've had repairs done all over this country and I can honestly say I've never been more satisfied!! From the staff, to the service, everything was excellent and very professional!! They keep you informed through the whole process, and they go well above the call of duty to ensure your repairs are done in a timely manner. They always have the parts you need and if they don't, they do everything they can to make sure they get what's needed that same day!! I feel like the kid that got everything they asked for on Christmas morning!! I personally want to give them a very heart filled thank you, for everything!! Happy Holidays!!

Sent our truck here for a clutch job and was told a price and time frame, ended up being double the money and over 2 weeks longer than expected putting us way behind, time delay was mostly due to parts not being very accessible which is understandable. Never got a call on updates with our truck had to call them to figure anything out, finally get our truck back and on a job and noticed our bed had been damaged so bad that tailgate wouldn’t open (from them dragging it out of the shop) so we fixed it enough for it to open and go to dump a load and the PTO won’t engage so we took the truck back up there and they fixed the PTO problem and while we there we noticed the PTO stop cable broke in half aswell and so they said they were going to figure what out happened with the bed and do something about it (never did anything about it) and then the clutch linkage comes apart leaving on us stuck on the side of the road but eventually they got someone out and got it fixed. Not a pleasant experience at all. The people are nice but all this was uncalled for and cost us a lot of money in downtime and was never offered any kind of reimbursement for the damage done to our bed (was in perfect condition when it was brought there).

Needed two trailer tires replaced. Their technician, Pasha, did not waste anytime when the job was assigned to him. He had the job done within 30 minutes. Definitely deserves a raise for his astonishing work speed and work ethic. Keep up the hard work brother and may God bless you!

These guys are awesome! Just had our skoolie conversion repaired here, and they were very professional and accommodating. The customer service is excellent. We borrowed their company car several times, charged our house batteries using their electrical hookup, filled and emptied our water tanks, and used the vehicle scale, all without additional charges. The mechanics also did a great job with our repairs and were very helpful while answering our questions. They needed to remove our wheels for repairs, and were thoughtful enough to put them back on at the end of the day so that we could sleep inside, and avoid paying for a hotel room. We drove several hours to get to this place, and it was well worth the trip.

Was in a pinch, when had a nail in the tire. Went to the shop, Josh was quick and put a mechanic right away. Was out and on the road again in no time.

We have a Motorhome and had engine trouble at. Lack Mountain NC. Made it to Diesel Power and they found parking for us and we were able to stay in the coach at their facility. Travis was the mechanic who worked non-stop trying to find and correct the problem. Everyone there were friendly and when the bill came it was so reasonable for all they did. Highly recommend them not only for trucks but motor homes as well!

I joined this company (Carolina Logistic) a little over a year ago. For the most part I love them due to having the best dispatcher EVER! I leased my truck on to them and rarely do I find myself sitting unless it's late in the evening or the weekend if I have fooled around lol Dexter has learned the type of driver I am and didn't have to ask many questions lol he know what I will and won't take he know the areas and times I drive and doesn't push me to do otherwise unless the load pays great. He is very fast and efficient and understands most of my typos lol he has made my experience here amazing. 1 thing I don't like care for nor do I think should happen is if you come in for any reason and drop your trailer they allow any driver to take it even if you are currently under a load with that trailer number (empty) I like to keep the same trailer unless it's absolutely necessary to change but overall I love it here

Diesel Power is a class act. From the seamless and friendly checkin by Diane to the diagnosis and supervision of Boshen (the foreman) they were terrific.Our RV was running hot and the Diesel Power team sorted it out without an expensive radiator removal or repair. Igor the technician was very thorough and when we returned to the road, ahead of schedule our diesel pusher was running like a top.

A little pricey but the work it guaranteed and excellent...Had my running lights out and the young mechanic found the broken connection. He didn't have the part so he soldered the connection and then molded rubber conduit onto it...really good job! Havent had an issue since

These guys here know what they are doing, The main mechanic Bogdan did an amazing wielding Job on my down charge pipe??? Over all a great place to get your Parts & Work done! You wont be disappointed!
