My experience in this place I would give it a 10 Star instead 5, They go over an behond in effort in getting you the parts you need 100%, They are very helpful, I saw how they HELPED every other customer and they left very satisfied. I highly recommend anyone to this Napa for sure. LEE was my assistance and he was awesome.

Right throw the door, Derected to the right service Teck, Perfect exsprence, without any meaningless chatter, Technician assisted by taking my destroyed heavy Equitment hydronic line back to shop, makes a new one within record time around 10 minutes, The price was most reasonable, Project went together smoothly fittings were of high quality.

Very large parts store, huge inventory, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

They are always helpful, and a least when I go there is never a line.

I don’t know the guys name I spoke with but he was rude as hell, was complaining the whole time on the phone when I was asking for prices, cussed, talked bad because I said i was on a time frame , didn’t even say it rude at all, other lady that was there was so helpful bless her heart she has to work with a person that doesn’t do his job. When my mechanic got to me he store the guy threw the stuff at him

I want to let ppl know that from 4 different auto parts stores in Candler all with in few miles Napa guys are TRUE profecionals. Most of the guys that work there been there for a while. I think it's an important reason. Because all others I been to it seems that Everytime I went there was a new person in training. It means more time to get what u need and more chances to get something wrong. Prices vary but mostly difference is not big. And they often have needed part in stock.

I needed a specialty pop rivet for a watercraft. Didn't have a lot of hope, but figured I would try. I asked bald dude at counter who was otherwise unoccupied, for directions to rivets, and he barely lifted a finger to point me to the rack that had all sorts of door panel plugs and such. I asked if they really had rivets and he replied "they're in there somewhere." I didn't give much more thought to it and moved on to O'REILLY, where I was greeted by a friendly, personable guy who walked me to the aisle, and sifted through the packages for me. Before giving up he said he should check his computer to see if he could locate something that would work. Then I stopped at Advance and similarly was escorted to the rivets. When he couldn't find one, he found the manager who gave me a business card for an auto body shop that might have something. The contrast between "they are in there somewhere" and "let me see if there's any other options," was striking. I realize a pop rivet isn't a large purchase. However, when you're in the retail business in a dumpy/dying shopping center, your inventory on shelves is covered with dust, and three modern free standing stores have popped up within a mile of you, whilst all will ship directly to customers' homes, you have to at least pretend and give the impression that you care, at least slightly.

I live in the neighborhood and typically go to Auto Zone but NAPA had a part that I needed. I roll in to get it, 3-4 guys standing idle behind the counter. As he lays my part on the counter I proceed to explain my repair situation. The guy just cut's me off, "Is that all you need?" I said, I might need this part also, do you carry it? "Maybe" Didn't even bother to look it up - Just stood there an looked at me like I was interrupting their hang out time. ZERO service attitude in the Smokey Park Hwy Candler NC store. No more of my business will go to NAPA as their are many other options in the neighborhood. Good Luck!
