Dont waste your time going there. Told me it was good and texted me pictures, i drove hour and half to be told its broke and we will use for our truck.. Waste of time.
Excellent customer service. I needed a part that is no longer being manufactured and I was having a difficult time finding it locally. They located one in good condition and had it brought in by freight. They were so nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this business.

Got a cylinder head for a 5.4 2v , i got it home and cleaned it up to inspect it better and I couldn't complain at all, valves, keepers, lifters, camshaft all in great shape, I replaced valve guide seals only because I was doing the opposite head at same time and I'm 5000 miles into it with 10 lbs of boost and I couldn't be happier. By far my best experience with auto parts recycling business in the area. And the MAIN thing was the staff never spoke condescendingly to me because of my lack of knowledge
Needed a tire rim on an older vehicle and they were able to order me one when noone else could. Flexible with returning my old rim. Kind and willing to work with someone who doesn't know much about cars. Very happy with my service.
I recently purchased a window for my 1994 toyota truck from this place and had trouble getting it in place. I called them and they told me to bring it out there to them, 15 minutes later we had the window in and I was pulling out of the parking lot. Can’t say enough about how much it meant to me that they offered their time free of charge to help me with this issue. Definitely would recommend!

I bought a part for my 2017 Honda and they sent me a complete wrong part. When I tried to return it they had the audacity to tell me to “get lost”. They did not take my part back and return the my money. They are liars and they had horrible service.!
Very knowledgeable staff, if they don't have the part you are looking for they will help you search for it locally. Awesome customer service, even if the business isn't with them. Highly recommend for low used car parts and great service.
I have a 2000 Toyota Tundra and decided to add fog lights. After ordering the lights and relay, I looked for the switch for the dash, something I thought would be easy to find. After trying Toyota, Amazon and several Tundra owner forums, I started searching auto salvage yards and ended up talking to Tim at Jim West. He was great, said he had 3 first generation (00’ to 06’) Tundras on the lot and would check and call me back. Three hours later he called to say he had my part!! I picked it up a few days later and for $20 I have a new, working set of fog lights. Great customer service, thanks Tim!!!

Took my car to get something simple fixed and he fixed it right away with no problem very respectful and nice I will go back there anytime I have a simple problem and he saved me a lot of money for some thing we thought that was gonna cost a lot of money and he fixed it with no problem very reasonable
They were friendly, but I bought a part and went to take it back a few days later (within the 10 day policy they claim to have) and would only give me half my money back. First of all, I found out that they way over priced me to begin with. It was just not the right part for my vehicle which was not their fault. But the fact that they supposedly have a 10 day return policy that can be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and would not give it to me is not right. I would have no complaints if they kept $50 from me because they went through the trouble to get me the part...but no...they want to charge me $200 instead. I paid $300, 15% of that is only $45 as I recall. I was very taken back by the fact that I coudn't get my money back. It was a decent amount of money they just made from me and it was completely unnecessary. I plan to tell the world how badly they screwed me and make sure everyone knows not to use them for any of their needs. There are many other businesses out there that won't take you for all you have!
