My daughters car had to be towed yesterday off concord and mills gap rd it's was in a awkward spot but tow truck driver done a excellent job very hard working fellow down to earth we should have more guys like him Thank you very much

Just had my vehicle towed by rescue one due to an error at a DIFFERENT shop. Very pleasant folks to deal with, would definitely recommend using them. David was very careful while winching my vehicle onto the rollback which was much appreciated.
I would not recommend this towing company for any reason! They left my car at the top of the dealership lot with my keys in it with all the other cars. When I called to see if my car had been fixed they didn’t have it! Keep in mind I live 3 states away. When I tried to express this with the company over the phone their reply was “well they did find it and no one took it so it’s fine. We shouldn’t have let the keys in it they should’ve been put in the drop box. We are trying to make it right with you, we are sorry!”
Highly recommended for Asheville/Black Mountain roadside help. Had an incident with my daughter's car - I am 4 hours away - and what looked to be a big problem became a small one due to some over and above service at the scene from the operator, Thomas. Response was less than an hour from call to car as well. Good people from all of my interactions.
The first interaction I had with the wrecker was hearing about "Eddy the B**ch" and being rushed at the scene of the accident. When I went to the site, it was a challenge to get my stuff. When I called for updates, the manager was very hard to work with, unprofessional. When I came to clean the car the individual who was watching me continued to rush me but offered me no help to go faster.
The service itself is fine, it got from point A to point B and my car wasn't broken into. But please leave Eddy the B**ch out of your day to service.
My car broke down on my way to work.... at 5am. As you can imagine, not much is open that early. After calling a 4-5 so called “24 hour” towing services and only get full voicemail boxes, voicemail boxes not being setup, or just no answer in general, I came across Rescue One. They answered promptly and were able to send someone out right away. They were polite and kind during an obviously stressful time and were able to get me towed to the dealership for a reasonable price. I definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs a tow.

Always amazing service. David and his crew are awesome. This evening driver, I had never met previously, was fast, professional and as friendly as they come.
My roadside assistance provider set me up to be towed by a competing towing company and I was told it would be 2-1/2 hours before they could get there. I was trying to get to the hospital to visit my wife. Three hours later the competing company canceled and I was quite frustrated. Roadside assistance provider offered to find another company but it would be another 2-1/2 to 3 hours. I told them to forget it, I’d get my own tow. Called Rescue One first based on a Google search and the woman on the phone was very kind and understanding. Forty five minutes later the Rescue One tow truck was there and did a great job getting my car home. And didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Made it to the hospital to visit my wife and Rescue One was instrumental in making that happen.
It was late, almost 11pm when I called after my car broke down off Hendersonville Road. The technicians name was David and he was there within 15-20minutes after I called. I was alone, pregnant, and stressed and completely relieved and blessed at how quickly he showed up. He was efficient, kind, and professional. His service through Rescue One truly was a blessing and I will gladly refer anyone to them if need be!!!!!!!! Thank you, David.
They are fast, courteous, AND reasonably priced. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for my tow, but the price was great. Thqnk you for getting me towed so quickly! 😊
