My teenage son was stranded in Asheville...an hour away from his college. Red helped him temporarily fix his car so he could get back on the road. So grateful for his help.

I wasn’t really a customer. I just came to gather belongings from a car. My only complaint would be that it could use a sign to let folks know that they have arrived because it’s a little tricky finding the place. The nice man who opened the car for was very helpful.
Quick and efficient even though I was outside of Asheville on the freeway. Took me to a very reasonable tire repair shop, and I was done in 20 minutes with a new tire. Saved me a lot of money and time. Plus he’s a great person to spend time with! Used to take my car to his shop. Highly recommend Red.

We have used Asheville Recker Service a couple of times. They have always answered the phone and everyone from the office staff to the drives have been very professional. I would definitely use them again (although I hope to not have to).
Having one of the worst days i’ve had in recent memory.. even before the car trouble. just undeniably extremely horrible luck of a day.
and then i’m doordashing and the customer gives me the wrong directions that lead me into a muddy field where my car slides into a bunch of farm equipment and gets stuck in the mud.
I’ll try to spare all the details of my bad day.. but essentially bad part like 200 was when it was time to pay for the tow and i have like no signal out on this farm and my bank transfers are taking forever to go through. i’m sobbing because i just don’t know what to do. they gave me a discount so that i could afford to pay the guy and go home. i honestly sobbed just in gratitude for that. i was having the worst day ever literally and it was about continue with not even being able to pay the tow truck after he already saved me.the lady on the phone was so nice and understanding. i’m finally home safe and sound and it’s all thanks to Asheville Wreckers and their incredibly kind and caring people. thanks so much for helping a sobbing girl on a bad day. i appreciate you guys.
Red was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and patient. I’m not from the area and he recommended a great local shop to fix my car that I never would’ve found otherwise, especially on a holiday weekend! Thank you!

Asheville Recker is a professional, quick to respond and efficient service. “Red” showed up, took pictures, put my car on his wrecker bed, and quickly got me to the tire shop.
