They lied to me and keeping my truck won't let me get it out told me they keeping it or selling it I. Been trying get it back for a year and won't let me told me dvm need come and lied whole time so I got lawyer and going to get my truck back

Had a car that wouldn't start in my driveway, even after trying to jump start it several times on my own. Called several tow places and Davis was the only one who was able to get there quickly. He got there in under an hour and had excellent service. He offered to tinker with my car and attempt a jump start with his jumpbox. Got my car fired up and ran a few tests. Reccomended I got a new battery and only charged me for driving out there. He would've made more money by just towing my car but went out of his way to help me save money and get my car working. Couldn't reccomend their service enough. Just moved here and will make sure to always reccomend Davis.

By far the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. Was in a wreck, they sent the wrong truck to get my car off the side of the road, called another truck to the scene and a winch and charged per truck even though it was their mistake amd for the winch. I tried to get my car out the very next morning and they were gonna charge $1200.00! Then refused to release it for another week after told to release and tow to the body shop. The lady lied to me 3 times about trying to keep my vehicle. I had to inform her that i knew she was lying and cue her in on a few laws to get her to be cooperative in releasing my vehicle. My insurance paid the fees and I towed it to the body shop and they sent me a letter 2 days after my vehicle was out of thier lot that they put a lien on my vehicle for the money that was already payed to them.
I ran my suv off the side of our driveway in the rain. We tried to get it back on the drive, but it kept slipping down and came to rest 6 inches from a very large tree. To keep trying would have caused a lot of damage. We called Davis Wrecker and Darryl came out on a Sunday. He was there when he said he would be. We was very patient and studied the situation carefully. He tried first one way and when that looked like it might hit the tree, he re-evaluated the situation. He was able to pull our vehicle out of the ditch while completely avoiding the tree. Not a scratch on her. He was very courteous and professional. He treated our truck like it was his own. And you couldn't beat the price. Very reasonable, especially since it was a Sunday. I would recommend them to anyone.

After cancellation with Davis I called back and they were able to take care of my car and got here at 2 !!! Davis Wrecker is by far the best wrecker service around!!! Thank you again!!!
We got our minivan stuck in mud at a friend's house in Weaverville. I called 4-5 businesses and no one could or would help us. I finally reached Davis Wrecker Services. The man I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and upfront about the cost. He was close to Hendersonville and had to switch trucks on the way to us, but he arrived within an hour of my call. The driver was efficient and friendly and had us rolling again within minutes. I would definitely recommend!
Very difficult scenario - all-wheel drive car dead, parking brake would not disengage, on a short parking pad at the bottom of a steep drive with a 90 degree turn in it. Unbelievable they got that car on the flatbed, and with not a scratch. Treated my car like their own. Courteous, knowledgeable, very reasonable price.
We broke down 15 miles away from our hotel on day 1 of an 8 day road trip. It was almost midnight and we were in a black car just off the side of the highway. The first company we called said it would be at least 2 hours before they could get to us but reccomend Davis. He said he would be "right there" but didn't say a time which had me a little nervous. I was busy calling a cab (we couldn't all fit in the wrecker with our luggage) so I didnt watch the clock closely but he got to us VERY quickly. He was so nice and helpful. Helped us find the best place to bring the car and then drove my dad to the hotel! They went above and beyond to demonstrate amazing service.
I've been through the ringer with AAA. I have an E450 minibus that I've been paying for and AAA sends two drivers that can't tow it, first one caused $100's of damage scraping my neighbors driveway. After 8 hours with AAA I fired them, called Davis-no s*#%- within 30 minutes Darrell, an extremely honorable and efficient guy, showed up and within 5 mins had the vehicle ready to hit the road. All of this for the most fair price I've been given. It's a relief to know there are businesses and guys like Davis Towing and Darrell. I would recommend these guys to a friend but more importantly I'd be okay to send them to help my mom if I weren't around (and she drove a medium duty truck!! Yeah!)

I had called earlier in the morning for a flat and they were there within 10 minutes! When they pulled up they realized they needed a different truck and had it there within 2 minutes. Can't beat the price either. Will be using them for all my future towing needs.
Got me out of a busy intersection at night before the Asheville Police had a hissy fit, and other irate and mentally disturbed drivers harassed me even further. The driver was able to drop my truck off in a tight spot on a dark narrow road where I parked, almost just where it needed to be. Pretty fast getting to me after call, which was needed under the circumstances.
I've been using Davis Towing for 12yrs. They've moved a lot of cars for me through those years and have been exceptionally courteous and prompt every time. Glad they are there because things usually aren't going well when I need them.
A Davis wrecker truck nearly ran me off this road this morning (2/9/18), on 19/23S. It was tailgating everyone mercilessly, speeding, cutting people off, flipping in and out of lanes without a signal. There's no excuse for this sort of irresponsible and dangerous behavior. The people at their office took it seriously when I reported the situation which is why I'm leaving two stars instead of one.

Almost ran me off the side of the road, called to tell him I had kids in the car and he told me I was in the way, he was in a hurry. Okay; if I’m in the way, doesn’t give you the right to run me off the road and put US in danger, and before I even I told him any of it he answered rudely. Terrible company. Terrible.
