ABOVE AND BEYOND! All tow companies should conduct business as Fast Lane Towing and Recovery does. I have to thank the owner for his generosity and willingness to work with me. My son, who is in the military station in virginia, was driving through asheville when his car broke down on the side of the highway. He had given me the coordinates and pictures of where it was parked. 3 days later, I went to pick it up to find out It had already been towed. Bing that I live two states away Fast Lane Towing had given me extra time and saved me over $160 in charges. With constant communication with the owner, he was very generous in letting me pick up my son's vehicle on saturday. When I showed up, two of his employees went above and beyond in helping me load the vehicle onto my TowDolly. When needing a Tow in Asheville, North Carolina. I can't think of a better Towing company than Fast Lane Towing and Recovery.

Irvin has helped me out twice, and Irvin, if you’re ready this, you’re literally the best. Extremely personable. Extremely up front. I’ve not had my car towed a lot, but both times, he was amazing. I was 25 alone in a dark parking lot at around 2 am with a convertible. Typically, being a woman in this day and age, I would be afraid, but I felt safe. Fast Lane is fantastic!!! They were so helpful. The tow truck driver wasn't going to leave tell he got our truck out of the driveway and to the dealership. For how far we needed it towed it was a reasonable price. Definitely in my emergency contacts. Thank you all for e everything.
This towing service really came through for me! I was traveling when my car car broke down. I had to get it from one repair shop to the ford dealer within an hour and I was not in the same location as the car. He even suggested a better alternative for dealership. Can’t thank him enough! Very reasonable charge as well.
So happy I came across this place. The last couple of tows I've needed, they've done for me. Shane is always so polite and helpful. Great customer service, reasonably priced and just a top notch towing company. The 'Fast' in the name of their company, for sure speaks for itself. That they are. I have them saved in my phone and will use them every time.
The towing experience was great and I had absolutely no problems at all with that, the man that helped me was beyond informative and was very kind as well! The reason for my 1 star review is that I have been try to get just 1 PICTURE of my receipt for over two weeks now (so I can get reimbursed through my insurance) and I have called and texted many many times and have been told the same thing everytime. "Call back at 8 tomorrow morning and I will get it done for you." I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY RECEIPT! My tow bill was $220 and I would like to get that money back as would anyone else but I can't because I can't get a simple picture of a receipt!!! My car was towed on September 1st and it is now October 1st. So no I will NEVER use them again for this reason! (Updated I did finally get my receipt on October 2nd!)
Locked my keys in my car in Weaverville, and they came within 25 minutes and had it taken care of. Didn't charge me as much as they should have and were super nice. Still had time to go on my hike- thanks so much for the fantastic service!
I wish I had gotten the driver's name; he made a depressing experience much better. My roadside assistance service -- Verizon -- was much less helpful than I was hoping and that I needed them to be. However, once Fast Lane got involved, I was soon home with my truck. The driver communicated well with me, which made the wait easier. He arrived promptly, a few minutes before he told me to expect him. He was polite and professional, taking good care of my truck and myself as an unexpected passenger, as Verizon roadside assistance had miscommunicated with him. He placed the truck exactly as we requested and had me wait to get out until he could move the tow truck away from the wet grass. I appreciated his attention to safety. I can't say enough to recommend Fast Lane, and especially this young man.

Called 24 hours in advance and was promised a appointment to tow a car to a dealership at 8am. Never showed up and stopped answering calls and texts. Good news js I called allegiant towing and they took care of me within an hour! Call them and don’t give this guy your business. I get stuff happens but just going Mia is ridiculous
Affordable, polite, professional, and respectful. Finally got assistance with hauling my old S10 to the scraper gentleman I spoke to on the phone was the one who towed my truck. He was very polite and kind. If I need any future services will definitely contact this business first. Thank you sir.
Car broke down out in Weaverville, feller came out within half an hour and took it to the shop in Asheville. Price was very generous and the staff were helpful and kind. If I could rate 10 I would.
A HUGE shout out to Shane and the guys!! My daughter was going to visit a friend at UNCA when she hit a pothole and blew 2 tires. We live a few hours away so don't know much about he area. I called a few shops with no answer and then tried Fast Lane and could not be more happy that Shane is the one I spoke with. He was able to get someone out to her right away and her and the car straight to the tire place. He was very professional and caring, which is what my mom heart needed. Thank You Shane, you made a very stressful situation easy to handle!!!!
Got ran off the road by some A hole and Jeff was there in 15 minutes and such a personable guy. Made sure we were safe and ready to get back on the road.. good prices and easy & fast service. Even within the 15 min wait, a passerby stopped and suggested their company to us !
Fast, and courteous service. I had to have my electric car towed to a charger and the man who was towing asked ahead of time which way the car needed to be set into parking spot in order to reach the charger. He also stayed to be sure the charger started working before leaving me there. Great service!

I ask these guys to come to my car because they were so inexpensive. When they got here they fixed my car so that I can drive it to the shop and then just asked me to mail them $20. hands down the best experience I've ever had with the tow truck company. You can't go wrong with Fast lane Towing.
Incredible business. Tim came to get our car after we were involved in a tractor trailer accident on I-26. He showed up quickly and did everything he could to make us more comfortable as we navigated the process. I highly recommend this company for all towing needs!
