Was in a pickle with getting my suv to a shop to get fixed, my work schedule is crazy so the daytime wasn’t an option but James came and picked up my suv for me at night and was the nicest and reassured me he’d get my suv there!! Would definitely recommend and use them again!

it was 7 PM on a Friday night and I was calling from VA for an employee who was stranded with a flat tire out in the middle of Windsor NC. I googled towing companies and after many "we can't get to Windsor" or wrong numbers or unavailability, I found J&L Towing Recovery in the same google search. They not only were willing to help, but got out there as quickly as possible and most importantly, helped the driver who would have been stranded all night. Thank you Archie! You did what no one else would or could do and it is much appreciated!
I called them at 1am after AAA told me, 4 hours after my initial call at 9p, that they couldn't find anyone to get me home until another 6 or 7 hours later the next morning, . J & L answered my call before the 1st ring finshed, had me hooked up and on the road to home about 10 min after my call. They towed me 100 miles. Professional, friendly, and polite. Strongly recommended.
These guys were amazing. I sunk my truck deep in my own yard and couldn't budge it. They came right out with no complaints. It took over an hour to free it from the gumbo. The gentleman was professional, friendly and determined. And coming from Michigan, the service was way cheaper than I expected. Thank you so much for your help

They're always a phone call away! When you call them they're always prompt and well mannered. My family and I only allow these mechanics to work on all our vehicles. This family is very knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. Can't say enough great things. Whenever we're stuck on the side of the road morning or night these Guy's always come and get us.
