We have been taking our scrap metal to Hardee's Recycling for years. They are friendly and helpful.

I visited them today August 13, 2024 very very bad Busy they were very rude and that want to help us with assistance would never be going back bad Attitudes

Been to this establishment multiple times. Staff is very friendly. Would've given 5 stars. However, I gave 3 stars because of my recent visit. I feel like I got short changed. Was doing a project demo’ing (excavator) an old RV. The exterior material was aluminum (which pays by the lb). I tried to separate it the best I could but of course some wood/debris still got mixed with it. It came out as 1030 lbs. I was informed there was going to be a 150 lb deduction for the wood/debris (totally understandable). However, they also said that they had to downgrade the aluminum to white goods (pays per hundred lb) because of the mix. They did the wood/debris deduction; why downgrade clear aluminum to junk metal as well? The wood/debris got deducted which leaves clear aluminum left in which by lb is a $200-$400 difference (depending on price but importantly it pays by lb vs per Hundred lbs). Came out with 120ish when it could’ve been $300 - $400ish . And I had to split with a coworker smh.

Good friendly service who knows what they are doing

Didn't take long at all and I was paid and gone.

They are very slow and do not know how to talk to you and has a very nasty attitude

You get paid cash people are nice to in and out in no time

They are real good people to deal with out there need to go do business with them

Best around. Always take my business to them.
