I had a very disappointing experience with Kenny’s Used Jeep. After picking up the Jeep, it immediately had a cylinder 6 misfire. That issue later turned into a blown head gasket and rod knock, so the motor and transmission did not hold up at all.
In court, Kenny stated there was a “90-day warranty,” but I was never offered any repairs or assistance when the problems first appeared. Instead of working toward a solution, the situation escalated legally.
I also felt uncomfortable with how the situation was handled outside of court. Overall, I did not feel respected as a customer, and I would not recommend doing business here based on my experience. (Bought the jeep for $3,800. Paid $3644 for him to fix, had to sell for $1,600 because of the mechanics mess ups) thank you for reading my review.
I found the part on line I needed but was 1 to 2 week wait on delivery. Called Mr. Kenny,one afternoon and picked the part up the next morning! Totally Satisfied!
Bought a jeep engine from Mr Kenny for a customer. A1 condition. Runs great. My customer is very happy I'm very happy with purchase. Great folks will definitely do biz with him again

Great customer service. Was the only place within hours that had the part I needed ( 2.5hr drive) he had the part off and ready by the time I got to his yard. Usually closed on Sundays but was willing to meet me there at his shop. Super friendly and extremely helpful. Also gave me other preventive maintenance tips
Very bad customer service I went to go get a engine on a Friday they told me they were going to call me back Saturday morning never got a call that Saturday morning, I called all day Monday during business hours I still did not get an answer the only way I got an answer from calling from a different phone number from mine I don’t recommend this place to no one not even for a piece of bubblegum..
Terrible service.i call them and i went to ask them about a part the i need,they just give me a card and they tell me to give them a call.call theme couple time.i call theme and they say the will give me a call back but the never did.my first and last time i will try to do business with this place!
