A+++++ These guys are FANTASTIC hands down !! We had a semi-truck stuck in a snowed in drive-way way back in from the road and these guys got in there and got the job done. Tow driver was super nice with our driver, office staff was fantastic, price was very fair !! A+++ Professional & Highly recommended !!

I had an issue today with my car and called Woolards to help. The driver, Adam, arrived in a short amount of time. He was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable,professional, and took great care and precaution in loading my car onto the wrecker truck , and unloading my car at the auto shop, and then he provided me a ride to my home here in town and made sure I walked across the street to my home safely due to it's a busy street. He really went above and beyond to help me.
The secretary who answers calls, was also very kind and friendly, and also went above and beyond to help me.
I sincerely appreciate them both! Thank you both!!

Called them about jump start and 4 batteries replacement and they could not share pricing for the batteries but they requested payment up front before even get to the truck!!!
Not a good business practice!! We decided to pass on them as it seems shady asking for payment upfront!!!
My summer started by sinking my camper at it's summer home. Recovery tech Mason has it figured out faster than I got it stuck. Friday afternoon, frustrated and defeated these guys made it happen and kept the summer alive.
Your big rigs stay in the left lane jeopardizing everybody’s life, blatantly breaking the law. multiple people honked and pointed for them to get into the right lane. Your name is sprawled on this company truck. I went ahead and gave your company a call and I will leave a review with an image image of the truck
Amanda and Bryan jumped in to help me right after I called asking for help. Within 4 hours my building was picked up and moved. Great customer service from both of them and their communication was amazing. I have complete faith in this company and will definitely be using them again. I feel like some companies have lost the art of customer service but not this crew! Thank you all for your service today.
I would recommend Woolards to anyone ! They hauled ALL the equipment on a Sunday with a notice of Friday Afternoon . VERY professional and pleasant people to work with. I will definitely use them again !

This company is amazing and a lot of firefighters this weekend are extremely thankful for them. They sponsored our vehicle extrication class and they were so helpful and worked so hard to make sure we had everything we needed. They have the best equipment and years of experience, their knowledge on towing is so impressive!! Special thanks to the owner Mike for everything he did for our class. Top notch company and I know the customers have to feel like they are in great hands.
We had an axel bearing disintegrate on our 5th wheel RV while driving on 64 near Washington, NC. Our roadside assistance program (Good Sam)was worthless so I made a few calls and Woolards agreed to help. Not only did they help us tow the RV to a safe location (Country Farm Campground- wonderful people), they fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I hope you never need a tow or repair but if you do call WOOLARD’S.
We had a flat tire tonight with it raining and cold. We called Woolards and then said they would be to us in about 40 minutes. We thought that was great since we are in Bath NC. They actually got to us much quicker and was able to completely fix the tire. He was professional, and knew exactly what to do. Glad to have them close by if we ever need them again.
Worst company ever.If you ready to pay for service triple price then you found perfect company.Very aggressive and rude !!!! They will find way how to add more nonsense fees as soon as you turn away and they will smile at your face
