If you are looking for a mechanic who is going to tell you the truth about your car, this is the place to go. They have worked on my 2016 Ford Escape a few times now and I have been impressed every time. They moved from the location on Huffman Mill Road; but it is the same great people with wonderful, timely service that is as affordable as car repairs can be. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here.
Go a flat tire these guys were amazing. Had everything ready and help me so fast. This shop went above and beyond. Got back on the road in less then 20 minutes. And I have a lifted Jeep Wrangler with big tires it was not problem for these guys.

Joe’s came to our rescue promptly and efficiently when needed to be pulled out quickly. I visited the shop for a vehicle inspection $30 and I love that they have been a locally owned small business.
Bad experience said that they would come to tow my car, I had a flat tire, told me that they were on there way never
came. Since Joe died 2 weeks ago business has never been the same everyone is talking about it!!!
I want to thank Joe's 66 Service for their quick and friendly response. Yesterday my 7 year old battery finally died in the middle of my shopping. Called Joe's and in less than 15 minutes I was on my way home and the cost was unbelievably low. If I ever need roadside service again Joe's 66 Service will be my first call.
I have brought a handful of cars here over the years. Most notably my Camaro and my van. They got the camaro running and were very reasonable. They also fixed a couple miner things I didn't ask for at no charge. They got my van running cheaply. They are honest and straight to the point. I value that as a business man myself. Very reasonable and affordable. I'll be back.

There were some things taken off my car which were not put back. When I called about this the staff seemed annoyed by the tone of their voice. I did eventually arrange a time to go back and get it. Periodically I would call to ask questions about my car to try to get things worked on. The staff seemed annoyed. I'm a paying customer and not a time waster.
Then there was another time where I called to have a different car towed and serviced. The car was never towed. Days later the car hadn't been towed I called and someone told me Joe's 66 was short staffed. A couple days later the car wasn't towed and I called just to leave a message. A guy answered Joe's 66 towing. I just hung up. I will never use this place again. At first I liked using this place. They clearly know what they are doing but the attitude. Mostly by the younger red haired guy annoyed me. As well as not picking my car up when you are a 24/7 tow company. Maybe they felt I was needy or annoying. I don't know. But they own a tow/ minor mechanic shop. I brought in good money as I love cars. As a business owner I love my customers and I'm glad they thought to use me. Never would I treat any client like I was treated. The red haired guy I boil down to age, as his behavior was subtle but enough for me to notice the attitude. They are decent mechanics for what they offer but it's the principal of how you treat people. I will never go back.
My car needed to be towed from work and serviced. Joe's 66 picked my car up at noon and had it ready by 5:00 on the same day. The staff is friendly and professional and the fees are reasonable.
Had a very short wait time and Joe's employee had me going in about 20min he actually worked in the rain to solve my problem. Recommend them anytime you need help while broken down on the road

Joe service center did an outstanding job fixing something that the Hyundai dealership didn't rebolt underneath my car and was dragging down the interstate and I live in Virginia so this was a very much appreciated

Got my vehicle towed to Joe’s and they ran some test to see why my vehicle shut off on me. Juan a mechanic told me that I needed a new engine. He told me that I could get one from Good Used Auto Parts. I purchased a used 2011 Chevy engine for $2,135. Then Juan said that I could get it put in for half the price through another friend that he knows for $800 ( can’t beat that price) so I went for it. It took the other guy about a day to “put the engine in” the car worked for 3 days one of those days were driving it home then on the third day it shut off on me on the highway. I call the used parts store the next day telling them that the engine was not working. Their reply was Juan told them that it was the catalytic converter not the engine. Due to financial reasons I wasn’t able to have the car properly diagnosed until a few weeks later (after the warranty expired) by a dealership who stated that the problem was the engine. I tried calling Juan on the same number we were communicating on and discovered that I’d been blocked.
My daughter's car broke down. She had AAA service tow it to the closest auto repair of their choice in Greensboro. After a diagnostic test, they quoted her $1683 for the repairs. I was at Joe's having my car repaired when the quote was sent to me. I showed them what was happening to her. They estimated they could do the repairs for less than $500, including the towing fee from Greensboro. I said, Let's do it. They picked up the car and completed the repairs for only $225, stating that over half the problems that were quoted to her did not need any of those repairs. They were fast, had great customer service, very kind and compassionate, patient, and offered to help me more than I was willing to accept. In return, they earned a loyal customer.
Joe’s 66 towing is the place to go! I called all around Burlington and got so many different prices and Joe’s was by far the fairest. He was also very pleasant and went out of his way to help me out on numerous occasions. This is the only business I want towing my car. He was very genuine. I am so grateful for all his help.

So I got to work and realized I had something stuck in my tire on Christmas Eve. I was panicked, but I called Joe's and they said they were about to close but to go ahead and bring it. Turns out, my tire wasn't punctured after all.

My car would not start and I called Joe's in desperate need of a tow truck and service . Service was fast and satisfying . When I went to put my deposit down I wasn't in such a great mood however joea managed to joke around and I did leave with a smile . Prices were reasonable and I'll definitely be coming back ,thanks guys .
I blew out a tire on I40 with no spare. Joe's got me towed and on my way in less time than it took my insurance company to tell me all their contracted towing companies were busy. The crew is polite, didn't talk down to me, and miraculously found a tire and a rim that got me home after a long day. There's a reason there are thank you letters on this guy's wall; he's awesome.
Joe's has been around for many years and that speaks for itself. He offers gas, inspections, repairs, towing, tire sales, rental moving trucks, etc.. It's and older gas station and does not have the frills but I have been going there for years and have never had any issues. The owner's (Joe & his wife) have always been nothing but nice. My 5 star rating is rating it for what it is...an older "true" gas station...not a Mini Mart.
Excellent services are provided here. They have great prices on Penske truck rentals. I have had my truck serviced and repaired here many times at unbeatable prices and quality. They care about their customers and offer many services.
My car broke down so I pulled it into Joe's while I waited for AAA to come pick me up. The workers at Joe's gave me water and let me sit inside for three hours while I waited for AAA and seeing that it was 100 degrees outside I will be forever thankful. They also helped me with my car which I appreciated! Joe's is great place that has awesome workers who take care of people.
