Cici the dispatcher was absolutely amazing getting us a tow truck quickly when no other tow truck companies were available due to the weather and Jimmy the tow truck driver was amazing as well going above and beyond to get our car towed. Highly recommend!

The lady on the phone gave me a hard time towing my car when I had the cops here to have it towed. I waited 3 hours for 2 other companies that was suppose to be on the way. Then the lady said I was yelling at her. Honey, If I was yelling you would have known I was yelling. I have a huge voice that can stop a crowd of 500. I dont owe anyone anything. To get treated like I stole the car or owed some company some money is ridiculous. The owner was standing outside with me when I called and told me to hang up. Haha

On 1/9/25, I was locked out of my car and AAA dispatched Adams towing! Jimmy and Jayden arrived fast, were kind, and got me rolling in 10 minutes. I appreciate Adams towing for their continued to excellent service! And I want to buy this shirt Jayden had on!! Lol Used them by way of AAA and Kyle was OUTSTANDING! Very friendly and attentive and even gave me a ride to where he was towing my car. I really appreciate all of his help and patience.

Absolutely do not use this company. I was almost pushed off of the highway because one of their drivers would rather be on the phone than make sure your vehicle is in safe hands. The driver literally flashed his lights at me because he was in too much of a hurry to go nowhere than realize my speed was being limited by the car that was infront of me. DO BETTER as "professionals".

I had locked my key in my truck yesterday. Called around and they had a drive ready for a call. Great experience. Pay using text link. Got a eta on driver via text. My friend had to call AAA as his cars thermostats wouldn't open and was stuck. They showed up about 30 minutes later to pull the car up. The guy was great and was nice to talk to! No issues overall, and the car was back home safely. We appreciate it!

My son’s car didn’t start after I had already left for work. We called AAA which dispatched Adam’s towing. Miguel came by so quickly, figured out the issue and had my son on the road to school within an hour from the call. He also kept me in the loop along the way so I didn’t worry. Was connected with Adam’s through a roadside assistance call to AAA. Brandan was very courteous, kept me posted on his ETA and quickly diagnosed and loaded my vehicle for the tow to the dealership. I had a blown out tire on the rear of my vehicle. I called road side assistance and they sent Adam's towing and recovery. I was told the wait time would be 90 minutes. Mike, was at my location in 30 minutes and was completed with the job of replacing my flat with the spare in 15 to 20 minutes. He was polite and courteous and a pleasure to talk to. With employees like Mike working for Adam's towing you are in great hands. With extreme gratitude, thank you Mike and Adam's towing.

I had a damaged tire. I was fortunate to have made it to my house. I contacted Triple A who immediately called Adams Towing. Their driver, Mike, was here in 20 minutes or so. Matt from Adams towing was awesome. He treated us with respect and kindness and made it a great experience as far as towing goes. They were much faster than we expected and handle the situation with great care and priority. We will always use this and recommend them to anyone that is in any situation that require this. Hopefully we won't have to recommend him because I don't wish this on anyone but they said things always happens and Adam's time will be there for us or anyone else when they do.

We had a blow out on 85 North mile marker 119...we were in the suicide left shoulder.... AAA dropped the ball on the first call... after waiting over a hour plus I called AAA Back and they reissued a ticket and Adams Towing caught it... Withing 5 mins got a call from Bradley with a ETA.. and arrived way ahead of it... The young man was very professional and helpful, great sense of humor to lighten up a rough day... The young lady from Adams called while Bradley was there to make sure everything was OK and all was good. THANK YOU ADAMS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

I stupidly ran into a ditch. . I called AAA and Adams was dispatched; they came within 30 minutes of me calling and retrieved me of my muddy situation.

Quick response time and Jimmy the driver was professional, quick to get my car out of a tight traffic spot and loaded in minutes, and very polite. He also unloaded my car right into the carport which required great skill since my gravel parking area was small. Great job all around and will use Adam's again for future towing needs

I broke down in the middle of a busy road, Kyle saw and helped me get the car into a nearby parking lot. I put in a call to AAA and Kyle made sure it was routed to him. Less than 5 minutes after I made the call, Kyle put the car on the truck and drove me 50 miles to my mechanic. Great conversation and funny stories the entire way. I can’t thank you enough Kyle!

I didn’t get his last name ,but Blake was extremely helpful, kind and informative. I had a flat tire that I thought could be patched, but he assured me after inflating the tire that it would not be possible. He changed the tire to the spare quickly and efficiently and explained potential next steps I could use to get back on the road and prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you Blake for teaching me more about my vehicle I really appreciate it. 5 stars

Adams Towing company failed to hook my car up properly and my car rolled off of their flat bed and hit another vehicle. Adams refuse to give me their insurance information to pay for the damages. I had to sue them in small claims court for damages.

Had a great experience with Adams towing and their outstanding employee, Tyler Belonge. I had a blow out and triple A dispatched Adams Towing for the job. Tyler was quick on the scene and had my truck tire changed in no time. He was a breath of fresh air in that he had a great attitude and was very enthusiastic about his job. He was a bright and courteous young man. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Much thanks to Adams Towing and this impressive young man.
