Broke wheel lock key. Tried to hide the key and the pouch an insisted he returned to avoid us noticing he damaged the key. Need new key and 4 new locks for the rims now. They were not honest about the job. We were a group of 4 girls attempting to head back to the city from a long hike and caught a flat. Luckily the service was available however they were not honest about damaging the very key needed to remove the rim after the flat was replaced. We even tipped an extra $20 for the last minute service a when we landed back in the city to replace the spare they sold us, the new tire shop revealed they did not do an honest service. Please check to make sure your wheel lock keys aren’t broken. Thy the tire they sold was what was requested. Friendly crew just not honest.
We stopped here with a flat tire, and they immediately patched it for us! Took less than 10 minutes and we were back on the road. So grateful, and really kind and helpful service!
Amazing service last minute. I called because along the highway I caught a flat. Drove to Mavis and they turned me down because they have other cars and they close at 5, even though it was only 3:30. I have two small kids and a birthday cake in the back of the car. It was amazing to have this auto shop not only help me but genuinely care. They ran over to the car and helped right away. This is what business should be about. Grateful they are here and fixed it immediately
My car needed a new alternator & Hector was professional & took care of me right away. He kept me informed each step of the way of what was needed & the cost. He also let me me of other things that needed to be done. When I asked him to change some other parts of the car he called to tell me they were fine & didn't need to be change. He was fair with the prices. When he call me to tell me the car was ready I told him I would have to pick it up the next day because I didn't have anyone who could take me he picked me up. The service was great from A-Z
Hector was the best. He cares about his customers and went out of his way to help me with flat tire. Great group of guys… friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend their services
Got a flat tire while in the area, was in a rush and Hector was able to get me back on the road in literally less than 20 minutes! Service was definitely 10/10!
I'm so grateful to have given this place my business. They cared for my car as it was their own knowing how much I love my Camry. Very transparent even putting in work on Sundays going out of their way to help you. I couldn't tell you the amazing job that was done on my car it looks and runs better than the first day I ever drove it.
Employees were knowledgable and professional. They hold their customers to the highest standard and were explaining all the repair options that were available!! Will be coming here regularly.
My Ford Escape had a misfire and they were able to finally get it fixed! They were very knowledgeable and attentive. I can't say enough good things about their workmanship and professionalism.

You wake up and see a screw in your tire and the air is going low and you have no time to spare this is the place to go, they are fast Courteous and professional. Al the mechanic and Sam the manager or a pleasure to do business with
Amazingly helpful staff here at the Yorktown Service Station. Mechanics I run into elsewhere usually try to charge for every little thing they find wrong with my car!
Osama & Al however were very honest. I asked them to give a second opinion on my car for various issues that were presented by another mechanic. To my surprise, not as many parts needs to be replaced, AND the prices were much more reasonable here! Will definitely be coming back!
