Friendly staff and great service. They found a slow leak on my tesla tire due to a sealing issue with the inner bead. Very honest and reasonably priced business.

Vinnie was a pleasure to do business with. He handled my situation with levels of attentiveness, care, and honesty that are rare these days.

Had a new tire install and an alignment done on my Tesla Model 3 and it was fantastic. I provided my own tires and the car was done in a few hours. However, when I drove it home, I noticed that the wheel alignment was off. I call the shop and Ryan asked me to bring the car back immediately. They then redid the alignment and fixed it perfectly. Miguel and Ryan told me that if I was not satisfied with the alignment, come back again for them to take a look. No need as they did it correctly. I would recommend anyone with a Tesla to come to this shop as their prices are much better than the Service Centers

I called asking for help very close to closing time. Vinny politely and professionally answered my call and told me to bring my car in. He and the rest of the staff were courtesy and helpful, putting me at ease. I was provided with options to leave my car or just the tire. Early the very next day my tire was plugged and mounted so quickly. The cost was comparable but the professionalism was priceless. Sincerely recommend Yorktown Tire Auto Care!!

These people treat you fairly — even if you don’t know the first thing about cars. I recently took my 2013 Mercedes (bought used for $10K) to get service (maintenance B), and they flat out told me it didn’t need all the maintenance called for by the book; no mysterious things like changing the air filter on the rear view mirror or that my spark plugs needed filing! I’ve been using them for two years now and couldn’t be happier. They fix stuff that needs fixing, they do it as I expensively as possible, they do it on time, and they’re friendly. Also great music in the service bay!

Not only did they give me a reasonable price on a tire, but they also did a minor repair on the rim that had some damage. They did not mention or charge for it. That's never happened before, and I have owned 8 or 9 cars in my lifetime. I have never had a shop do anything extra without charging for it. I appreciate the way they treated me.

I love this shop. The staff is so friendly and professional, very accommodating. They do a great job with my car. It's close to the diner and shops, if you want to wait around but also have a cozy waiting area for you to wait inside.

I visited Yorktown tire last week for the first time after I found them on Google and reading the great reviews ! I must have hit a large pot hole as I found a bubble in two of my tires. They were friendly and were able to get me into new tires the following day and able to accommodate an early drop off. (Mavis had a 3-5 day turn around). Jeff looked at my tires and made a great recommendations for new ones. I am so happy I went and will be recommending them!!

Knew my car was due for some routine maintenance. Yorktown Tire called me prior to starting any work to go over what needed immediate attention and what could wait before Winter 2025.
