I wanted to take a moment to share my experience in trading in a lease for a new lease. I thought because I still had 4 months to go and went over my miles allowance that there would be an issue but to my surprise it was not. I explained why I needed to change my lease and that I needed to have the monthly payments on the new lease lower than the lease I was in contract for. Let me just say my sales rep., Kevin, did an amazing job helping me. He listened, he gave some choices that would fit my needs, work with his manager Juan who was also helpful. Then to finish up the new contract, I needed to sit with the financial manager, Angelo, to complete the deal and instead of being nervous and feeling intimidated, the experience was light hearted and I was made to feel important and happy. He was super nice and went over everything in detail explaining options that were available to me. After being done with that part of it I was handed over the keys and I left with my newly leased 2026 Honda CR-V. The experience throughout the whole procedure from the time I walked in to the time I left made me feel good. I came home with a vehicle I was thrilled with. I am so glad I went with Curry Honda again for a 3rd time and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a new car to go there. Everyone was very polite and nice.

This was the best experience in my life, especially when purchasing my first car! Christian Crespo was such an amazing guy, he guided my dad and me through this process and explained everything. We had our Toyota Sienna repaired at Curry Honda’s body shop after being rear-ended, and the experience was frustrating. The repair took weeks longer than quoted, which caused additional rental car costs. Communication during the delay was limited. When we picked up the vehicle, over 70 miles had been added. We asked for documentation explaining the mileage but were not provided any written records. The shop also performed a NYS inspection without our authorization and then refused to release the vehicle unless we paid for it. While the cost was only $10, the issue was the principle. When raised, the manager stated a refund would only be issued if we returned so the inspection sticker could be scraped off the windshield. This experience raised serious concerns about transparency, documentation, and customer authorization.

Just leased a 2026 Honda HRV. The whole process was easy, no pressure, and smooth. I went in knowing what I wanted, and they didn’t try to upsell, etc. Roland was super knowledgeable about the vehicle, and Deenar thoroughly explained the warranties and coverages provided, and even saved me a few dollars on my payments from the original terms. Great experience!

Service department is amazing. Each Advisor takes the time to make sure your car is in good hands. They clearly explain the services you requested and any other services they ask you before doing them. You're quickly greeted by one of the service technicians prior to meeting your advisor and others will step in to ensure your wait time is not long. All the staff is very friendly. They even send you a video of a multi point inspection that is done and will flag anything on a scale of 3 different levels for your knowledge.

I was trying to transition to Yorktown Honda because it was highly recommended by friends and family. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve had ongoing issues with New Rochelle Honda, where I purchased my car and spent the first eight months in a rental. On October 22, I sent my son to Yorktown Honda for an oil change and wheel alignment, and the mechanic accidentally unplugged two components in my vehicle. The next day, my car malfunctioned, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. I had to have it towed to New Rochelle Honda, where they discovered and showed me exactly what had been left unplugged. I had an appointment scheduled with Yorktown Honda for November 6 to get new tires, an air filter, spark plugs, and other recommended services. After the incident, I called to voice my concern and spoke with Kevin, who assured me that the general manager would contact me. It’s now been three days, and I still haven’t received a call back. Had they responded in a timely manner or even acknowledged what they did to my vehicle, I would’ve gladly given them my business instead of having to return all the way down to New Rochelle Honda. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of accountability and poor customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Yorktown Honda.

Last week I purchased a Honda HR-V 2026 Sport from them and was extremely satisfied with the purchase process. This was my first purchase of a new car in a new country and with a new language for me, so, to be honest, I was a little worried. But here I was greeted with such attention and kindness that all my worries disappeared. Special thanks to the sales consultant Christian Crespo for his clear organization of work and individual approach. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with respect, patience, and genuine care. He was completely honest throughout the process, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Everything was in-time, Christian was constantly in touch, kept me informed, but at the same time did not pressure or bother me in any way. With his help and thanks to his manager, I was able to get the best price, which was the lowest compared to other car dealerships I've been to. Easily one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. Came in on 10/11/25 for a flat tire. Service advisor Erick told me my Tire & Wheel warranty wouldn’t cover a sidewall crack, then charged me $45 to “glue”…yes, GLUE it back together like this was some back-alley quick fix. By 10/15, the tire was flat again — and they didn’t even bother to put the valve cap back on! Sloppy and careless. I returned, spoke to a new advisor Marvin, who casually tells me the sidewall was never actually fixed to begin with, hence the video he showed me of air bubbles emerging from the very same crack that Erick said he had remedied prior! Meaning I basically paid $45 for them to do nothing. Now suddenly my warranty does cover it, so they replace the tire. Then I sit there for three miserable hours, only to be told they won’t release my car because they’re “waiting on payment” from the warranty company. No loaners. No solutions. Just sorry, nothing we can do; after their mistake is what caused all of this in the first place. Two hours later I finally get my car back, and a HANDWRITTEN store credit for the money I was swindled for previously, only after I asked for reimbursement. Absolute clown show. A simple tire issue turned into a complete waste of time thanks to incompetence and zero accountability. If this is how they handle basic service, I can’t imagine trusting them with anything serious. Never again. Save yourself the headache. I won’t be coming back.

Overall, it did end up being a decent experience but I felt that I’ve had better experiences before even at the same dealership. I’m not exactly sure what the problem was except that we got almost all the way to the end of the deal only to be told that the car that I wanted wouldn’t be ready until after the weekend. We had to go through the whole entire process again. I ended up being at the dealership for six hours one day. Not blaming everything on the sales team, but it was a difficult experience and more so than in the past. On the plus side, my sales person, Anthony was a nice guy and did work hard for me.
