I brought an engine for my vehicle on Friday. They stated I was too late purchasing the engine to get it delivered on the same day. They assured me the engine would arrive on Monday since no deliverieswere performedover the weekend. The engine did not arrive as they stated on Monday. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS
I called and inquired about airbags for 2018 camry to be shipped to California, they said they don't ship airbags. Second time I called and tried to place an order for pick up, they hung up on me. So I called back saying for some reason we got disconnected, he said he hung up on me, proceeded saying they cant sell airbags (which is a lie) and advertising on car-part.com is false and hung up. So I asked my friend that lives close by to them to stop by in person and make the purchase, they told him they sell only to insurance body shops. Im not sure what their problem is, but Id advise you to save your precious time and shop at descent parts stores. These salesmen definitely have problems. Oh, and dont forget to read many other negative reviews about them.
Horrible place to do business with very rude people and disrespectful disgusting staff they treated me like garbage I will never do business with them ever again and the transmission they sold me is broken and they don't want to replace it and I had to pay to install it and uninstall it I sent it back and they still didn't give me back my money this place stole my money thousand dollars just gone I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from this place its a scam they steal people's money and never return it and the parts they sell is garbage just like them and the business they run scamming people outta money

I would give 5 start for the people that work there, they were cool, except the sales man…
i wish i could put 0 for the parts that i got tho… i got a door and a fender, the fender was great but the liner damaged “didn’t care cause i wasn’t gonna install it anyways”, the door on the other hand I thought it comes with the mirror, it didn’t no problem… the window doesn’t work and the part that holds the door from swinging is seized and i was charged 680 for it…
Had to switch interior of doors old with new too to match, i find broken glass and the cotton inside is yellow instead of white side mirror doesn’t work as well… all what upsets me the most and i ask them to adjust the price just a bit cause im not lying when i say i barely keeping up and i wanna surprise my sister with her car fixed, they over charged me for a door that doesn’t open windows nor side mirror moves, damaged interior part the part that holds the door from swinging open and even the paint needs wax.
Tried to pick up a part however one they have didn't work, they should've tested before offering to sell. No apologies even though I drove cross the state.
My transmission went, my mechanic purchased a transmission alleged 38,000 mileage we paid $4,800 unfortunately it is defected SawMill did not make whole, they'd don't stand by their product you are at their mercy. We are not able to drive the vehicle we are back at were we started and out $4,800. As a company you shouldnot do evil to the people who feed you we will have our day in court.
Called to confirm part availability well in advance. I drove 1.5 hours and waited half an hour for them to look for the part, only to be given the wrong part. I would avoid this place. They wasted my time and money.

This place is terrible place and their staff very rude has no space for tractor trailer only cars can make, there is no way tractor trailer can make this place. It's located on a dead end there is no way you can make any turns or in and out, have to back up all the way to back to the road where you come from. Their staff did help to stop the traffic still cars parked both sides. if you want to damage your truck Trailer other property welcome to this place
Worse experience ever!! Drove an a hour to get a rim and waited another half hour for Eric to tell me they can’t find it and they only have one for 250 and they don’t want to even move a dollar on the price. Not even for the inconvenience of telling me they have it which they don’t have. Maybe check your inventory before you tell people wrong information.

Saw Mill is the best I have a shop in the Bronx and I needed a part that everyone else wanted 500 or more for they had it for 125 and the service is great very cool staff. I highly recommend using this place
Drove from RI to get a door. Communication was very good. Spoke a few times before arriving. Once I got there, door was out and ready within 2hrs.

buyer beware, bought a door from them , not the same door they delivered, spoke to someone named Mike, who was rude and not very helpful. refused to refund my money until it checked back into yard. 3 weeks later still no check... horrible place to deal with, i wish i could give a zero... do not do business with these crooks
I called regarding different parts for a customer's car. He would come up with an attitude like "Dont have it boss" without letting you say what parts you need. Maybe the employee doesn't feel like working..smh
Very disappointed. Placed an order, was told it would ship out that day, it did not. Waited a week and called back. Was told they were backed up and it would ship that day, it did not. Called back 4 days later, was told at that point they had had trouble locating the part, but they found it and it was packaged and waiting for FedEx to go out (so I clearly had been lied to previously). Now, 4 days after that, still has not shipped. Now I have to search for my part elsewhere when i should have already had it in hand. I do not understand the good reviews of this vendor (which is what attracted me to them in the first place).

If you’re looking to purchase a car... come here! Since they sell repaired cars you can end up getting a fairly new car that had minor damages for SUCH A GOOD PRICE. I got a 2019 nissan sentra SV, only 100 miles on it, for about 13k!!!... compared to a nissan dealership who had the SAME car, with MORE miles, for 20k! I saved SO MUCH money!!!

Well I've been using sawmill for the better part of 15 years today is the last time I call them. I've been put on hold 4 times and hung up on 4 times, because its almost time to go home. If your business says open till 5, u should honor your word. Don't bother calling them after 4 30. They will keep answering saying hold on and hang up. Now its 4 53 and they will not bother answering at all.
Great experience, one of the sales person Juan was probably the most comprehensive person out there and did everything possible to help me out the a GREAT deal, I'm very happy with my new car would recommend this place.

I bought a part from them for my car, that they told me had a 6 months warranty. After one month it conked out and I returned it to them.
They refused to return the money I paid, saying that the returned item didn't have their "markings." I am 100% sure that its the part they sold me.
What reputable company would treat customers like that? Sad really.
I went down to Saw Mill to pick up a tail light for my car. Not only did I get a tail light, I got a 2012 Focus. I negotiated the price. The people there were easy going and willing to drop the price. I got such a good deal on my Focus that I used the car for 3 months than sold it and still made a profit.
