Got disabled while I was passing through town. Billy was very sympathetic, efficient, and was gentle with loading Miss Rhonda the Honda. Will keep them on file for next time I have issues while in the area!
Called Steve’s towing. Was told the tow would arrive in 20 minutes and it did. Billy the tow truck driver was well spoken, competent, and professional.
The price was a flat rate which was very reasonable.
Keys were locked in the cars and Steve’s towing was Very professional and they were very energetic for 8:30 in the morning on Saturday. I highly recommend calling them!!!!!

It was a nightmare of a day after calling around and trying to arrange a vehicle tow. I don’t usually make reviews but felt inclined to give Steve’s towing my time. They were fast, respectful, and their knowledge exceeds any tow truck company I have used before. The prices were relieving during an unexpected hiccup in my day. As a woman it is comforting finding a family owned business that won’t take advantage of you. Junior was great, best tow service around. I had a serpentine belt broke on my car, they came super fast and towed my car from Yonkers to White Plains for a reasonably price on a flat bed. If you are scared or don’t know which towing company to go with definitely give them a ring zero disappointments !!
Great prices, wonderful attitude! Steve actually cares about customer service and driving strong business! He picks up the phone pleasantly and gives amazing prices for towing: generally but also offers towing if you have a salvage vehicle an you are towing it for salvage inspection. They take it there, wait, and tow you back! Who else does that?
Steve is really the perfect guy to have around. He came out twice to jump my car and then took me directly to a place where I can get my battery replaced. All of this on the day before New Year’s. Highly recommend this guy over anyone else due to the personal experience!
