I had an emergency situation where my car would not open at all, and I was stuck. Another towing company tried to charge me $150 and couldn’t even come quickly. Steve came fast, was professional, and got the car open with no damage. He only charged $85, which was more than fair.

Called today because we closed the trunk while packing up the car with the keys inside of our 2020 tiguan! It’s the day after Christmas and we had to drive home to Boston! Steve’s towing saved us, first of all the price was reasonable and he arrived in not even 20 minutes.

The prices were relieving during an unexpected hiccup in my day. As a woman it is comforting finding a family owned business that won’t take advantage of you. Great prices, wonderful attitude! Steve actually cares about customer service and driving strong business! He picks up the phone pleasantly and gives amazing prices for towing: generally but also offers towing if you have a salvage vehicle an you are towing it for salvage inspection. They take it there, wait, and tow you back! Who else does that?
