Love love love this store. Wide isles and so many great options for vegan and organic products. The vegan lasagna was the best I ever had. Wish I lived in Dobbs Ferry—but it just might be too expensive for me!!

Reminds me of natural food stores from a quarter century ago, before they became mega-corporations. Twice, on a recent trip, a staff member volunteered to get me a basket to carry the items I was in danger of dropping - you don't get that level of helpful service many places these days! The food itself is just what I was looking for, lots of natural choices at reasonable prices. Nice selection of supplements as well. Definitely worth the trip.

Super friendly staff, fresh produce, good selection of products, and lots of bulk options to bring your own container (versus single use packaging). Love Mom's!

I like the store but the ev charger isnt free nad expensive. It should be free like paramus. They give you free ice water too lol

I used to live in Maryland where Mom's was founded and have been a fan. One quibble - the expensive Bread Alone brand sourdough bread that I bought was frozen, but in the bread aisle (I didn't realize it was frozen until I got home). I called them to suggest that they should disclose if bread is pre-frozen if it is in the bread aisle because that is not the customer's assumption. They seemed unhappy with my suggestion... Oh well, you can't win them all and I will keep shopping there

This is the grocery store of all time For people who complain that there isn’t a bakery, prepared foods section, butcher, etc — this is because these things are inherently wasteful! Convenience services put strain on staff and waste countless resources such as to go boxes or utensils. Not to mention, every other grocery store that has readymade foods throws out a TON of food every day. Convenience is bad for your health and bad for the planet. For people complaining about the meat selection, you could consider supporting a local farmer and purchasing direct from a farm stand. This is upstate NY after all, there’s no shortage of affordable and high quality meat to be bought. The employees are happy, friendly, well trained, seemingly well taken care of The produce is fresh, rotated and stocked properly The company has strict values they adhere to, such as not selling bottled water in store and even having compostable bags for produce instead of plastic The shopping experience is considerate of both customers and employees, with soft lighting, non intrusive music, and easy to navigate aisles I live a 5 min walk from another grocery store, and more often than not I will go out of my way to drive to Mom’s instead. This is what every grocery store should strive to be like !!

Love coming here! It’s an organized clean presentable store. They have good quality food items and a huge variety of brands. Most of the workers are nice and helpful. This is Celiac, IBS, lactose free and GI heaven. Overall if you want to take care of yourself and stay on the healthy side come here. Also Jamie is a super star ⭐️

Found this amazing store by chance on a long trip. Wish I lived nearby because it was huge and seemed to have everything one could want if your vibe is healthy, natural, clean - as well as fun items. People working there were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

OMG! I can’t believe I’m reviewing a grocery store. After all, aren’t they mostly the same?!? But I was wrong! Mom’s is my FAVORITE grocery store. Amazing selection and such reasonable prices and the staff- so nice! I go out of my way to get my weekly groceries from Mom’s!

Truly a special store. Will drive from NYC to Dobbs Ferry twice a week to visit and fill up my water jars with RO water!

I love this place! Great variety of products, super clean and spacious aisles that make for a really low-stress grocery shopping experience even when the place is at its busiest. I had initially assumed this place would be too expensive for me to do my regular grocery shopping, but it's actually right on par with the larger chain groceries in the area. And there are always special deals. New products find their way in all the time, yet I've never noticed any of my favorites disappearing from their inventory, which makes me feel like they do an especially great job choosing their selection. Their customer service is fantastic. Staff ranges from quietly polite and courteous to truly genial. I have a friend who used to work here before they moved, and they only had positive things to say about management, which was really great to hear. Definitely my #1 pick for local grocery shopping.

Mom's has unique food and grocery items, but that's just the start! Fully ♿ accessible restrooms (with free menstrual products) , clothing recycling bins, friendly staff, complimentary coffee -- just ridiculously wholesome. Plus of course all the tasty, sustainable fresh and packaged foods you could dream of. My favorites? The house-made peanut/ almond/cashew butter -- there's even a grind- your-own machine! Lots of tasty dairy – free frozen desserts. A whole aisle of sustainable snacks, including cricket – flour granola bars! They also have bulk items like lentils, rice and other grains-- bring your own container. And every kind of plant-based sausage, cheese, yogurt, etc you could dream up. .i'm always happy to hit Dobbs Ferry when my car needs a charge :-)

The produce is great, the customer service is not - Baggers repeatedly squashing our items, and treating our food like toys - Literally throwing and twirling it in the air, and dropping it after it has been rung up. We tried to give feedback about this at the email listed and no one responded back to us Want to give five stars, but check out experience is bad

The produce section is small and the quality is mediocre. Poor selection of breads (and of pretty much everything). Several items I purchased tasted off as though expired even though they didn’t say so. Quantities seem more aimed at a single person, like a city grocery, even though the area is mostly families.

Staff are not friendly, I have been charging my Tesla for over a year here at the parking lot. Every now and then I use the restroom and get coffee, also shop there sometimes. I Waited 15 min to use the restroom only come out to an angry employee yelling at me also follows me out to tell restroom is for customers. Never again!! I asked to speak to the manager at the end, none of the employees would even acknowledge me!! I did not want to make a big deal out of it so just walked out!!! FIND PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK NOT BE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!

Great market with health food and great staff. Huge selection in every category of food. Very clean and spacious. Clean Toilet. Plenty of free parking. Wheelchair accessible.

I love Mom's - during the pandemic it was the only store I went to with their very wide aisles. Their prices are good, some frozen items are cheaper than Shop Rite and always cheaper than Foodtown. There is never a line, as an employee is always available to open a register. Always clean and well stocked.

Went here yesterday for the first time since I kept hearing about it. Produce is fresh, kept neat and clean. Meat selection is good. Just the right amount of meat and the price was fair. Wide variety in merchandise. We loved that you can buy spices per ounces and not the entire bottle. Sometimes we want to try new things but a full bottle cost too much at Whole Foods. Perfect place to shop. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Mom’s it is!!!

Came here for Pulp Chips and fell in love! Feels so good to shop here knowing how much they care for mother Earth. Plenty of covered parking spots with several EV charging stations. The store is so clean (even the carts are spotless)! Wide aisles to maneuver around. Many options for bulk / refill items and reasonably priced organic produce. RO and alkaline water refill station for less than $1/gallon. Staff are very helpful and friendly. No need to sign up for any rewards card to get their sale prices. So glad to be close to MOM’s and will now be a regular. Easy access from Saw Mill Pkwy, don’t miss this pleasant shopping experience ❤️?❤️

Was suggested to go here due to always complaining of lack of vegan options at some grocery stores. Not only is there tons of vegan options, but the fact they have electric car charging stations (not as many as they do Tesla charging stations) made this an ideal trip for me to check out as my car charged up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great food selection and also pretty good craft beer selection. Definitely need to make this more of a constant spot to shop at. I went the night before Christmas Eve and was not bombarded by obnoxious shoppers. It was quite possibly one of the most calming and enjoyable food shopping experiences I've had in a long time.

I’ve been shopping here since they first opened and I love this place. I tell everyone about it and I hope they stay in business. Everything is quality. The staff is always so kind. I don’t think I’ve ever waited in line longer than 5 minutes. The prices compared to other health food stores is less expensive or the same. For me, convenience is everything. I’m always in and out, they’re almost always stocked with the item, very rarely is something sold out. I love that I can buy my skin care there too. I truly just LOVE this place.

I came here looking for vegan options I did find a few ,the store it self is well organized lots of organic items, if u into organic foods you'll love this place, parkin available.

I really enjoyed shopping here. There is a major eco conscious focus, with organic products to compostable produce bags. There is a fee for using disposable paper grocery bags, which is a good way to motivate people to bring their own bags. I was able to find dairy free ice cream and dairy free whip cream. Also, was able to find some vegan marshmallows. The oat milk was a dollar cheaper here compared to Whole Foods. I'm not sure how the other prices compare, but will definitely be going back to do a deeper dive with price comparisons.

Outright the best supermarket. Such a good selection fair prices and lack of snark usually associated with organic markets. Love this place and drive out of my way to go to it.

We love this, our new local Mecca of Progressive Food-ism. With classic Jazz and kind, left-of-center employees, reasonable prices (often cheaper than comparable items elsewhere in Westchester County), and incredibly imaginative and far-flung selection of Organic goodies, exacting curation of produce, ease of parking, convenient location... this is our new favorite food store. Recycle your batteries, use BYO spice containers, refill your store-supplied water jugs, and enjoy guilt-free biodegradable produce bags. Great all around. This is how to do it, folks!
