Flat tire that was not repairable, owner was extremely helpful. Genuinely cared about getting me back on my way. Stopped what he was doing and put the spare on as there was no way of getting a replacement tire that late in the day.
Jordan is the best mechanic in Dobbs Ferry! He filled up my tire with air three but then noticed it was leaking so he plugged it in 5 minutes. I’ll need a new tire but for now it’s fixed all because of Jordan. I feel safe in my car again, thanks man!

Best Experience ever- thanks to the owner Jordan! Upon entering my hometown Dobbs Ferry… my check engine light came on and my engine was over heating. I stopped by Jordan’s shop and he immediately knew exactly what was happening to my vehicle as I parked right in front of him. Just wanted to share an experience here. Had an issue with my company van and brought it over to Jordan. He figured out the issue immediately. Let me know the cost on replacing the part + labor upfront. Told me to leave van and he would have it back to me by the end of the day. Came back at 5pm, the van was ready and working perfect. I will be bringing all of my company vans and my personal cars from now on.

Dobbs Ferry Auto is the best auto shop I have ever been to, Jordan is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done in the most efficient way, and fast turnaround. I am a woman and I always felt uneasy to go to an auto shop because I have been taken advantage of in the past, with Jordan I have complete confidence in what he does is exactly what I need to be safe in my vehicle. So good. I was in town for a few hours and power steering went out. Jordan handled it quickly, with very reasonable prices, and took time to explain what he did and make me feel very reassured. So glad I happened to be nearby, highly recommend.
