This place is great. I scratched my car pulling out of my garage. He cleaned and did not charge a penny. Told me I shouldn’t do anything. Just pay it forward.
This place is wonderful!!. Not only did Ray do a super fantastic job on my car, but he finished it two days ahead of the promised date, AND under the estimated cost!! And to top it all off, he is a really, really nice, friendly guy who clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone!! 10 stars, not just 5! :-)
I virtually never leave reviews for anything but felt very compelled to write about the excellent experience we had with Ray and everyone at Briarcliff Manor auto body. They made a hassle of a situation into something that was easy and efficient. From dealing with the rental car to the insurance company, Ray helped Shepherd us through and was wonderful in assisting with everything. The communication and the car repair itself were fantastic and I cannot recommend this group any stronger. Thank you Ray!

I brought my BMW M340 to Ray at Briarcliff Manor Auto Body and I'm glad I did! They fixed my front bumper and grill, restored perfectly to new condition. They were reasonable, fair and transparent with their pricing and the job was done completely within a week of bringing the car in. I only wish I had started using them earlier. These guys are incredible. My car had a significant accident and they repaired it perfectly to pre-accident condition. It looks great and drives just right again. Ray was fantastic to work with, and kept me informed of all important updates with the repairs and insurance.

This place is awesome! Took my car in after someone backed into the front of my car and he fixed it perfectly. They didn’t use any 3rd party parts, only parts directly from Honda. Ray is very nice and calls with updates when available. Would recommend to anyone.
Very impressed with the work done at Briarcliff Manor Auto Body. They did a perfect job matching a difficult paint color (Mazda's tricoat Soul Red Crystal). Body panels lined up perfectly too. You can tell they take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend for any body work.
This is the only place that I go to get my car repaired. My family has been using them for what seems like generations and they are honest and very competent. They are a pleasure to do work with, and we trust them without exception.
Ray and Tony have helped us twice now and both times the vehicles have come back looking like they did from the factory. Both times Ray took the time to go over the steps involved in a friendly and helpful manner. We paid on our own for one and used insurance for the other and both were just as easy for us. I saw the delivery van pulling out and got a phone call just as I was pulling in. It was then installed without an appoinment! Who can ask for more?
I have used this shop for years now and I can honestly say they really do care about their customers, they are HONEST workers and that is hard to find these days. I had a good amount of damage to the front of my car because someone backed into me and left. I went to Briarcliff Manor Auto Body, one of the workers came out to look at it, he came back out with a small tool and in less than 5 minutes my car looked brand new again. Any other shop would have tried to make money off of that. On another one of my cars, I had a really bad scratch on it, they came out with their magical cloth and literally wiped it away, they have saved me a lot of money and stress over the years, this is by far the best Auto Body Shop in Westchester
My mother hit a deer driving home, and the damage to the front of her car was extensive. Briarcliff Manor Auto Body did a fantastic job. The work was done in a timely fashion and the hood looks better than new! We were very happy with the work and would highly recommend this business to people who are looking for excellent work.
Very well run shop, have fixed many cars for me and do a very good job. After repair and painting car looks as good if not better then new.
