Always great! Knowledgeable, friendly service, and they’ve always accommodated my schedule- and even helped in some emergency repairs by having me just pull in, so they could “take a look” - or get me a new tire, so I didn’t miss a trip.
When I walked in to Fred's Auto Repair, I was immediately impressed with the courtesy, friendliness, and concern for my auto problem. Soon after that greeting, I was doubly impressed with the diagnostic expertise and technical skill.
I brought my car into Fred's because of the sudden appearance of a intermittent bizarre noise in the front end while I was driving nearby. Their mechanics soon identified the problem as a build-up of snow and ice inside the frame. That road crud was cleared out and a subsequent complete check-up revealed the need for new brake linings. It wasn't long before I was back in my car with its normal rattle and safe brakes.
I will never take my car anywhere else than Fred's Auto Repair.

I have been using this shop for a long time before my husband passed he’d bring the cars there after he passed he helped me with my sons first car it was 20 years old but he helped keep it going for awhile When I go there he remembers my son and I and is so friendly

The check engine light was on. Warning lights all over the place. I got it to Fred's for a diagnostic. Nothing dangerous, but there was a malfunction in the heat sensors. Fred's team could have fixed that problem, which would run about $1500. But instead, Kristina showed me an obscure notification from Subaru (I never would have known about it otherwise), which indicated the failure was covered by a special extended warranty--but only if I took it to an authorized Subaru service station. I did. She was right. They fixed it, no charge. I'm bowled over by this level of customer service and courtesy. I'm a Fred's Fan for life.
The staff at Fred’s are so kind, the service is efficient and thorough, and the prices are reasonable. I was in/out for an oil change and full inspection in about a hour! Thanks again!
I had to switch a bad tire with my donut in the morning before work. All I had to do was drop it off and things were taken care of. I got called at work before the replacement was ordered so I could approve the pricing. Nothing but smooth sailing

Best visit I have ever experienced. I brought my car in for early drop off before they open and employees were already there to help me. They did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and did NOT try to rip me off at all. I was given a full explanation by Kristina of what was completed and what my car will need in the future. I recommend everyone to bring their car here. Finally found a shop that actually cars about their clients and their quality of service.

Thankful for their service. I came to them in an emergency and they found the problem with my tire. They were fair and honest in their assessment that my tire was not salvageable and needed to be replaced. They got me my new tire the next day and installed in less than a few minutes, so I could go on with my day. I appreciate the professionalism which is rare these days
Brought my car here to fix the A/C. Was able to get an appointment within the week and the car was ready within the day. They did a thorough check on the car overall to make sure all was in good shape. Thorough team, fair pricing and most important, great customer service.

Fred and his team have been maintaining my cars for years. They key words here are trust and value. Whether it's simply an oil change or some monumental endeavor -- as I have recently experienced with one of my cars -- the job gets done in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
We gave Fred the task of finding a needle-in-a-haystack electrical problem with a van that hadn't been run in years, and he did. I can't say enough about Fred's knowledge, skills, and most of all his honesty and dedication to his customers and their satisfaction. I've been a Fred fan since my late father (a knowledgeable car and airplane mechanic himself) recommended him more than 30 years ago. My Dad would never steer me wrong, and neither would Fred.

So far I've had really good experiences at Fred's Auto. Fred's staff is friendly and professional and their process inspires trust which is what everyone wants in a mechanic. They are also very reasonable in terms of price. I was new to the area and needed a mechanic. I read one of these reviews and took a chance on Fred's. Glad I did.
