Called in advance to make sure they could take our cans and bottles. They ensured us they could. We drove there and the woman counting bottles was very rude and unwelcoming. Telling us she would be busy with the current customer and it would be a while. We would've been willing to wait if she wasn't so rude. We left and took our cans and bottles elsewhere. We were trying to support local but we will not be returning and wasting our time here again.
Lady was rude and yelling that there is a 1000 can limit. If i counted them I would go to a real redemption center where they trusted my count. Do not come here if you dont want your mood ruined. Super nasty about getting business...
Went today for the first time and had several big bags of cans since i have been lazy and not returned them. Staff were super nice and welcoming. They were also very fast and did their best to get customers their returns as fast as possible. I will definitely be coming back and since the other can return place in sodus closed, i'm hoping more people give them business.
Today will mark the second time I have gone here for them to tell me that they were closed during hours of operation. The first time, I left my bottles and let them keep the money. This time I have had it. If they don't want the business, I'll give it to someone who does. Always an excuse.
The owner was awesome he came and got my bottles and cans and then i had to go pick the money up at the Sodus one. all awesome people to deal with. I will be taking my returns to them again.
