Traveling for vacation and suffered a flat tire. Featherly’s did not have the tire we needed in hand, but we were able to find it at Walmart, which for whatever reason would not install the tire on our car. Alan gave me his personal number and told us that if we bought the tire and returned, he would come in after hours to put on our car. He saved us from being stuck in a hotel for 2 nights waiting for a tire shop to open. Thanks Alan!

Absolutely great people my tractor trailer broke down towed me to the shop got me repaired and back on the road the owner himself found out the problem and fixed it

Featherly came to our rescue after we blew an RV tire on our way to a camping trip! He communicated when he would be there, went right to work, even put air in the spare to make sure we were good for the rest of our trip! So grateful for his kindness and excellent customer service!! I had a tire blowout on the thruway. The owner, Robert, came to my family's rescue. He replaced our tire and had us back on the road in no time. Had an issue with a tire losing air pressure on my SUV and reached out to Featherly’s Garage in Sodus first thing Saturday morning. David answered the phone and was very understanding of my situation and said he would take me right in. I was there for less than 15 minutes and was all set! He plugged the tire after removing a 2 inch roofing nail. David was awesome and put a quick end to my anxiety. Thank you!

They say they will have something done by the end of the day when really they had no plans of even looking at made a appointment a week in advance dropped it off at 7am and called around 4:30 and they had not even seen if they had they needed in stock when they needed a week in advance would not recommend terrible service and very unreliable shop

I have had several different kinds of auto and heavy truck repairs done here by the very knowledgeable mechanics and owner here and couldn't be more pleased. There new waiting room or new to me is wonderful, clean warm nice bathroom and tv. Very comfortable furniture. 5 STARS all the way. RRG.

I have my new favorite repair shop! The staff is friendly, knowledgable and professional. This has been a “got to shop” for many local people for years, we recently were referred to the shop by a close friend when we needed service for our new RV and I am glad we took his advise. We own 2 cars and an RV, we are always looking to keep our vehicles serviced . I will make the short trip out there every time. Thanks again for helping us.

Alan and his crew rescued us from a breakdown on I-90 with the very utmost in professionalism and friendliness! After a harrowing day stuck in our disabled motorhome, Eric from Featherly's Garage showed up with his big wrecker tow rig and brought us back to home base in Sodus, NY. The owner, Alan agreed to be parked in his lot for the night, complete with a power outlet and a clean and well equipped waiting room left open for our use. The next morning Alan and I spent several hours troubleshooting a tricky electrical problem and before noon, after the delivery and installation of a $3.00 replacement part, we were back on the road. I want to publicly offer a heartfelt thanks to Alan, Eric and the rest of the crew for their kind hospitality, and a recommendation for anyone in the area who needs some TLC for their vehicle that you won't go wrong with a visit to Featherly's!!!

They towed my truck in and fixed a few big problems.they were very informative about everything and prices. And did a wonderful job fixed my diesel truck

I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE I was out of town here and my car broke down got towed here by default. They took 3 days to look at my car and when they did they said it needed a new timing chain 3 thousand dollars. My thankfully my Dad said they are probably trying to Scam you. Took it to Steve's garage and they fixed it for 250 dollars had nothing to do with the timing chain.

Had a flat in Port Bay on Father's Day (Sunday). Prompt tow back to their shop (via AAA) and they patched the tire for free. Got me and my family back on the road so we could get home. Fantastic!

I am experienced in auto repair, but my vehicle broke down away from home. While my vehicle had more problems than expected, Featherly's Garage took care of it. They are professional and fair.

My mom got in an accident at Slocum Rd rd Ontario,NY , troopers call this towing company. They take the car back to Sodus ,NY and then bring it back to Dean Parkway Ontario,NY, spend two hours charging us $750 insane ,These people ripped off stay away !!!

Had a flat tire in Williamson and called Featherlys for a tow to N. Rose. Driver arrived promptly, was helpful and courteous, and got our car home on piece with out any issues. Price was reasonable for a tow. Would definitely recommend.

Sooo all the people who gave this place a good rating, how much did you save since they offer discounts to those who do? This is place is GARBAGE, FRAUD AND will charge you for paid services without asking. Which is illegal. I'd give it less than one star but there's no option. I'd like to add. It seems they "can't find records" of the bad reviews.....

We were visiting Sodus, on a Saturday afternoon from Syracuse, and we picked up a bolt in our rear tire. I called the closest garage to where we were and they answered on the second ring. I asked if they could help us and he said to bring it over. We were about 5 miles away and by the time we reached their garage, we were already losing air pressure in the tire. They were very friendly, looked at our car right away and were finished within 15 minutes. Final bill - $14.00. What a great experience and fantastic service! Thank you!

Hands down they are the fastest most proffesional Automotive towing company Ive ever used .I will highly recommend this company to anyone who uses triple AAA .They have the most modern vehicles and they are smoke free cabins with the most proffesioal drivers and dispatchers Ive ever seen Special thanks to Jamie and Chris who handled my call .Again .Thanks to Featherly towing im safe at home now .

Called featherlys for an alignment they got me in in an hour after calling. sat there for maybe an hour and they had it done for 99.95 was great cause they are 5 minutes from my house. Good customer service and fast work.

The guys there were great. I had 2 trailer tires lock up and blow. They had me fixed and moving in an hour. Checked everything, figured out why they locked up and got everything adjusted. Thanks

I have used this shop to repair my 1984 diesel Mercedes. They know how what they are doing and they are honest. One of the times they worked on it, they had to tow it and it was stuck in a really tight spot -- but the technician managed it just fine. It's not easy to diagnose problems in old cars like this, and they are patient with people like me who have lots of questions and a really odd car.

I was traveling from out of state, and Featherly's was suggested to me as a place to get my oil changed on my RV. They got me in pretty quick, and it was cheaper than I expected.

The most honest and reasonable garage in Wayne county. You wont be disappointed. They have worked on many of my vehicles and I can not thank them enough. AAA+

I took my car here to have the exhaust and a gas leak looked into. It turned out I needed a whole new exhaust, heat shields and a new gas tank as the old one had a hole burned into it from the exhaust pipe. I realize that this was quite a bit of work and that tracking down the parts took some time. My biggest complaint during the 2 weeks I was without my car was the lack of communication from them. I realize they don't have time to call me everyday but multiple times I was told when I called that my car would be ready and then when I was expecting to have it back it still needed another part or the part hadn't come in yet. I understand this happens but no one would call to let me know, I would have to contact them. So finally after I get my car back, I drive it to the coffee cup for breakfast and the new muffler is rattling as its too close to the body of the car. So I had to take it back and have them fix it, mind you the whole exhaust including muffler is brand new. That was an easy fix so I take my car home and the next day my new gas tank is leaking gasoline all over my garage floor. I looked under my car and could visibly see gas dripping onto my floor. So I picked up my car on a Saturday, took it back that day for the muffler and then notice the leak on Sunday. So Monday morning I go back and the guy tells me that the gas tank is defective and they will need to order a new one. I was beyond mad as I had to miss work and couldn't understand how this could happen. So my wife picked me up and I was making arrangements to be without my car for awhile as I was told they didn't know how long it would take to replace it. So I get a rental car and go back to the shop a few hours later as I forgot something and the guy from earlier hands me the keys telling me my car is all set. He tells me it was a loose hose clamp and my car is fine now. So they put in a new gas tank and didn't tighten a hose clamp which let gas drip out. Once again, no call to say its ready so if I hadn't went back who knows when they would have told me. I will never go back there unless something else from the new exhaust/gas tank breaks and I feel like they should fix it. I saw there sign saying leave them a 5 star review to get money off your bill and if you were unhappy to talk to Allan. Well after all this you would think he would have reached out to me trying to apologize for their mistakes. I heard from him once when he was looking for a part, he called me one morning and said he would call back later that day. He never did and that came as no surprise to me at all.
