Worst experience ever with a worker named Greg when he kept speaking politics and then proceeded to argue that I was asking for the wrong part when I just brought the part in straight off of my car won't be going back

I'm not sure of his name because no one was wearing name tags but I believe he was the manager(a short bearded little man). I was inquiring about third party delivery and he became very agitated and aggressive. Not professional at all! I will no longer use that store for any of my auto parts needs.

It's a great small town place.

The service was great. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They had exactly what I needed for my six year old battery replacement. Unfortunately, due to personal health issues, I'm unable to do the work myself. They were very understanding and installed the battery. In and out the door less than 30 minutes.

Needed front & rear windshield wiper blades for my vehicle. They're always helpful, and put them on for me & if there are discounts, they make me aware. Staff are polite and go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I would recommend this business to all

Didn't have the product I used last year but had a replacement

For the first time today after coming to this location for almost a year I had an employee that is fairly new treat me less than the regular customer. He proceeded to take a phone call for another customer after I already had been standing in line with only two items in my hand got snippy with me and rolled his eyes and I told him he must be fairly young and he said yes I am I said you were acting like it . All the manager said was guys let’s not argue instead of correcting the young man. I have done customer service for quite some time and at this point I will not go back to this location unless he no longer works there so therefore that is the reason for my one star rating today

The employees are helpful and courteous despite the fact that it moved from being a privately owned store to being a chain operation. The manager, Dean, has extensive knowledge of most everything you might need.

Always was a decent spot last week me and my daughter waited around 10 minutes while the cashier ws looking up a part after the other person left and when the other cashier was done he sent her to the back no impressed

If you know what you need it is better since they are sometimes very busy and that helpful. But if you do you will be saving a lot.

I called up for a pair of shocks for my son's truck. They told me $24 a piece. I send my son to the store and they charged him $30 a piece. I called the store while my son was there and the guy on the phone was extremely rude with me and hung up on me. Will never go there again and I will be calling the better business bureau.

One of our windshield wipers flew off during a day trip between Rochester and Syracuse. We stopped by this store on our ride home just for convenience, and picked up a new set of wipers. One of the staff members offered to come out and put the new ones on for us. The whole experience took maybe 5 minutes total and we were on our way! Very friendly and great customer service!

Nobody stocks a lot of parts anymore and when they say that part will be there in the afternoon it might not get there till the next day this place is no different

Tried to return a Auto Craft jet ski battery for the core charge to the Sodus, NY store and they refused to accept it because it was purchased at a different Advance Auto store and I didn't have my receipt. It's an Auto Craft battery -their own brand yet they wouldn't allow me to return it! Ridiculous. I called a different store who said it would be no problem and would give me store credit for the core charge. I have purchased about 6-8 batteries from Advance for my 3 jet skis since they only last 2 years max and never had a problem before. Bought a crank battery from them last year for the boat also. It is so easy to shop on line today its hard to believe that a retail store would give someone BS for something simple as this.

This store will be my new go to for whatever I need. Very friendly people.

My hubby went here for parts for my car. They double charged him on his card and were unwilling to fix the mistake. This is his second run in with this guy. He ordered a part for his truck about a year ago and when the part came in it wouldn't fit. He had to return the part and reorder, the entire time the guy is bitching about how all the parts are the 'same' and now he will be charged a no stocking fee. Poor service. Owner is a rip off artist.
