Clayton was a pleasure to deal with... he showed me everything he had to offer and was quick to answer any questions I had I would recommend him to anyone that has a big home improvement project or just looking for just regular trash pick up...
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I gave this company a few chances after what appeared to be great service they gave my parents a few years back, BUT, since I have been receiving service, the pick up is inconsistent, when I called to inquire, in my opinion, “ Christy” was unprofessional and rude. I let it go and still gave them a chance, thinking “everyone has a bad day”. I called again recently to upgrade to a bigger trash can and asked if I could leave 2 extra bags after upgrading and was told I could, only to have them pick up SUPER early ( they usually come late morning or sometimes after noon.), and I had yet to bring the bags out because I didn’t want animals to make a bigger mess for them to clean up, so I got up early to bring bags out, only to find they already came. When I called, “ Christy” started barking at me that I should have left the bags out last night and that pick up times are always different and no one will come back so I had to leave stinky trash in my garage until they pick up again NEXTweek, and in my opinion, being extremely unprofessional and rude, AGAIN. I ended up CANCELING my service, hauling the bags back in, only to have her call and say the driver would now be coming back to pick up trash, after I already brought it back inside, in a half butted attempt to rectify the unprofessional behavior I assume. I’m sorry, but that didn’t fix the problem Christy! You being professional and offering that up at the very beginning would have made all the difference!
Canceled service! They offer lower prices, but in this case YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR…TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I do like this company when their driver actually picks up my garbage. But lately it's been sluggish. I paid in advance for the year I put my bin out the day before so rhere is no excuse so why have I had to call them 2 times within 90 days.
Horrible service don't recommend to anyone. I've been with them for a long time have always paid and they missed my pickup and when I called all they said was oh well and said I would be charged for extra bags.
They took steal out of my can and thru it on my lawn? Never had a problem getting rid of steel is that a charge too? Don't trash company's make money of steel? Why would they just leave it on my lawn?
CV waste has been great since using their service. They always come on the scheduled service day and a couple times I’ve forgotten to put my trash out and they come right up my driveway and grab it for me! They are also very reasonably priced compared to other trash companies in the area!
I'm switching services because they are charging random new removal fees on big items in which I have had removed before and ever had a problem... Although it's my 3rd time throwing out a bed this time they wanna charge me $25 a mattress. So yeah I'm switching... Good luck CW Waste... My whole road switched from your company to another this year... I guess I found out why today. 10/27/22 when you neglected to take stuff you always have... And when I called gave me a very high price to remove somthing that is cheaper to bring to my local dump.
I really don’t understand the negative reviews. I think competitors will leave negative reviews to make others look bad.
I’ve been using CV Waste for 6 years and I have absolutely no complaint. When Twin Bridges was going around, offering free pick up for 6 months and a slightly lower price, I tried it for 3 months and went back to CV Waste, because they will pick up everything I put at the curb, where Twin Bridges would only pick up bags.
Anytime I’ve had to call, I’ve gotten a friendly voice and patience on the other end. Obviously, I highly recommend them!
Everyone I have interacted with have been great. Early after changing companies, I had forgotten to bring the container out to the pick up area. The crew went out of their way to get it and dump it . I was quite pleasantly surprised ! I had Casella for 15 yrs before we moved. Not once did they ever go out of their way.
We have had CV for our trash company for almost 5 years with no problems. We also just rented 2 dumpsters and had great customer service! Very friendly staff!
I’ve never had a single issue with this company. They are by far the least expensive waste company around and they always pick up on time. I make my payments over the phone and it’s very quick and easy.
