Brought my Honda in to replace a broken tumbler for my ignition. They were never able to get the panels around my steering wheel back in correctly, and in the process they ended up breaking the wiring harness. They insisted my headlamps, which would not turn off by that point, were always supposed to stay on and that they weren't my headlamps, but my daytime running
lights- complete bs.
Just got the word from Honda, it will cost over $2000 to fix what they broke, way more than the original issue.
Trying to gaslight me into thinking that my headlamps were always supposed to be on was the saddest part tbh.
Do not take your car here to be inspected, they scrape off your sticker an then tell you that that you need a bunch of work done. Nope absolutely not. These people will rob you blind. They scrape your sticker so you cant drive your car outta there to even get home.
Honest, knowledgeable, courteous, fair pricing, who could ask for more?
Dave did a good job fixing my RV and I highly recommend him for anything automotive, mechanical etc.
I was in the area for vacation and my car started giving me some troubles. I called them in the early morning and they were so nice and took the time to hook my car up, diagnose it and review the results with me. Thankfully it was able to be fixed rather quickly and it’s been perfect ever since. They also took the time to show me what was going on after the parts were changed. I wish I had a repair shop closer to my home like this one.
Traveling through from out of state when my wheel bearing went out and they were the closest garage. I got there 30 minutes before they closed for the weekend and they had my truck on the lift in a matter of minutes to stay late and get it fixed! Can’t say enough good things, great guys.
I called last minute but was able to make an appointment for a few days out. Fast, friendly service. My car was ready when promised. I recommend FA Motors to all!

I have patronized this business multiple times. All for substantial and major repairs and maintenance I have yet to be even remotely disappointed. Definitely a 5 star garage. I drive by at least 4 other Repair shops to go to fort Ann motors
If you need a mechanic you can trust this is the place. Never sell you something you don't need and will tell you if you can hold off in something. Great customer service
Fort Ann Motors is the best auto repair shop in the area. They provide HONEST and reliable high quality service at reasonable prices. They will NOT push unnecessary repairs and also complete the work much faster than nearby competitors.
I took my car to Fort Ann Motors to get my tires rotated. The staff was very friendly and service was prompt. I would definitely take my car back here if I need anything if they had better hours. They're only open Monday through Friday 7am-4pm. Since I work full time, these hours are exactly when I'm NOT available. Some limited weekend hours would be a great improvement.
