When I'm shopping I appreciate advice from the employees on a particular product I may be interested in but I don't appreciate unsolicited negative comments about the United States military. Last time I'll spend my money there.
RUDE! I asked the employee what they had for dry wines for cooking. She said she didn’t know but suggested I look “there” pointing to a wall that had rieslings & moscatos. I said I think these are all sweet wines & mentioned that a blonde who worked there a couple years ago had wrote suggestions on a card but I couldn’t find it. She got snippy and said she doesn’t have time for that. Doesn’t have time? If that isn’t her job then what is? I’ll be going to Corinth or Monty’s. They’re friendlier, cleaner and know about what they sell. What a shame.
The associate at the establishment was very combative and abrasive to my friends and I as soon as we walked in and continued this behavior throughout our experience, even following us out to the car. Not sure if it's because they are homophobic or just suspicious of visitors. Ended up going to Corinth Wine and Liquor instead and they were great!
