Worst trash department for home pick up. We’ve gone through multiple sets of trash cans this year from them being handled poorly. Ripped off lids from being chucked upside down. Then they throw the lid like a frisbee into the yard or road side for them to get mowed over by the plow, 6 lids ripped off and ran over so far. Now we have no lids and they won’t take the trash if a bird damages the top bag. Instead they leave all the trash and let the can tip over for the neighbors dogs to get into. 4 years and constant problems. Not showing up on the scheduled day. Show up super early in the morning then randomly in the afternoon. Sometimes in what looks like personal vehicles?? We pay high taxes here. Where is it going? If your pay was based on performance you couldn’t buy a carton of eggs with your check. What’s the point in calling when they never pick up.
Guys at the dump are nice and helpful but trash pick up is horrible. You can lie and tell me it’s a mistake all you want but we can see you from inside the house while we work from home. Do better.
