These guys are great. They towed our van after an accident and helped protect me when dealing with the insurance. They offered great advice and support for me throughout the insurance claim, and they went well beyond to ensure I was treated well.

Excellent work!!! I was truly impressed. Everything was efficient and prompt. They coordinated VERY well with the body shop from which the car was being towed and the Honda dealership to which it was towed. Friendly and amicable. Highly recommended!!!
Needed body work after hitting a deer going 80mph in June 2024. My regular mechanic doesn't do body work, and recommended I take it to Brecht's for repairs. I've attached pics of the damage.
Service was amazing and far cheaper than what I thought it would be, given the speed I was going and damage. $2.3k for entire new front bumper, drivers side head lights + fog light, and driver's side fender.
AAND they popped a huge dent out from an unrelated incident (I backed into a parked car because I'm a dumbass).
Bruce has helped me out twice over the past few years. I find him honest, has fair pricing, and gets the work done in when he says he is. I was quoted $2,200 from other shops for a repair and Bruce did the job for $600. I would highly recommend him.

Last year I was on my way back to Ithaca from Syracuse when I had a severe wheel bearing failure which left me stranded on the side of the road. It was after midnight so my hopes were low, but Brechts answered promptly and promised to be there in 45 minutes or less. The car I was driving was a lowered VW Golf which was a pain in the but to deal with, and with the wheel bearing failure it had to be a flat bed. The driver showed up promptly and made quick work for the situation. He delivered the car to goodyear of Ithaca and charged a fair price. Highly recommended! Would use again.
Called this place on two different occasions and they blew me off the first time and I was left stranded. The second I tried to give them a second shot to tow a junker I had. They made me wait the weekend which I understood not an emergency. I called the dispatch they have and as always he was rude and short for no reason. Told me no idea when they would come. They never came at all. If I could rate as zero I would. Worst customer service than Spectrum
A great, family owned business. The service is fair and does not make you feel as if you're being taken advantage of. Response to towing calls is quick and the job gets done. Location is easy to access in Dryden.
