Inquired about a 7 x 16 ATV door axle trailer. When I asked for pricing, the pricing was actually $100 more than what was listed on his Facebook page. I asked him for a breakdown of out the door price and there was Almost $650 an extra fees when I asked him to break those down for me he told me $175 DMV fee $175 freight fee $10 Tire fee then New York State tax which is normal when I ask them about the $175 freight fee he said that’s the charge because he gets these from North Carolina which should not be a charge passed onto the customer. His response to my questions” Would you rather pay retail?” Which in my opinion is a snarky Response. Right after that, he blocked me on Facebook, which has a business owner. That’s pretty immature. If you’re asking me, I was simply asking about fees and why they were charged and passed on the customer and he acted like a child. I would definitely not recommend this business for buying any type of trailer. He told me the wrong price twice and got mad when I asked about the fees. There are plenty of trailer companies out there that I would rather do business with and he is not one of them.
If you're looking to purchase a trailer for a great price and receive excellent customer service in the process, you've found the right place. David was exceptionally helpful while i was trying to figure out what would best suit my needs without overselling me. He has great selection of trailers and he beat the competition by literally thousands. When the trailer came in, it had some fitment issues with the lighting. He took care of the issues without any hesitation at all and made the repairs himself. Could not recommend David at CNY Auto Hub or the ITI Cargo trailer line more! 10/10 A+

Since picking it up, I've sealed the floor boards for extra traction and protection.
I've rented a U Haul from them twice before and had good experience. Recently they didn't have what I needed. Disappointed but UHaul Ithaca had what I needed and was great to work with.
Highly unprofessional, all I asked was if he’d go down in price he blatantly said no and then proceeded to block me. Do not recommend

I Found CNY AUTOHUB when I was looking for an enclosed trailer on Facebook Market Place. David immediately responded to me and held a trailer for me until I could pick it up the following week. I found him to be trustworthy, honest, and true to his word. The transfer process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend David and CNY AUTOHUB if you're looking for a trailer with great prices!

Bought a car here that was a bit of a dream car for me , unfortunately the car had one problem after another. After driving only 3,000 miles the engine went and I’m left with a $6,800 repair. Will likely not do business here again.
I always was curious how the people like this could stay in the business. Find a corsage to apologize for your mistake and do not call other people scammers.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I drove down to see a car from Utica, 1.5 hours away from this place. Had it on record that I was coming. When I got there, the car was in Syracuse being driven by his wife. Not only was it waste of my time, when he offered to drive it up to be viewed in my area, he canceled the morning of because he didn't have a dealers plate. Seems incompetent.
You could have just replied to me via google review the first time, as a professional would. Instead you decided to text me and ask me to take down some comments because I hurt your feelings. Also you said you knew about the plate on Monday. Should have called and let me know then. Again I said that you SEEM incompetent. That is my opinion.
