From the initial phone call to bringing in my brand-new truck for inspection and an estimate, the professionalism was outstanding.
Greg was especially helpful in making sure I received a fair and accurate estimate to repair my vehicle. He took the time to clearly explain how the insurance process works and reassured me that no matter which company I had, the insurance would cover the necessary repairs. That information gave me a lot of peace of mind.

Stopped in the shop with a question about some minor damage to my car that happened at Calverton cemetery while attending an FDNY funeral of a friend. They took care of me on the spot and buffed out the damage- couldn’t tell it was ever hit. I will be talking this place up to everyone and will use them for any issues I have going forward- class act business-5 star!!!!
Thank you Kessel Collision ! My wife backed into a dumpster a while back and to save some money I bought an OEM bumper for her 2019 Camry XSE and my intentions were to find a reputable body shop to paint the bumper and I would do the install myself. I researched the whole internet which sent me to Kessel Collision, there reviews basically won me over. I went to Kessel and they treated me great and we’re extremely professional and didn’t hesitate to take on the job. The bumper came out outstanding and the color match was spot on and it was a 3 stage paint job. I’m so thankful for the team at Kessel, not only was the job outstanding, they worked with me on the cost. Thank you so much Greg for working with me and making the wife smile. I just can not say enough good things about this shop
A few months ago my mom was in an accident and they went above and beyond to help her… This week someone hit my mom’s new car and took off. Thank god she wasn’t hurt and there were just some scuff marks on the car. At this time I couldn’t buff them out for my mom because I fell last week and broke several bones. My mom took the car down to Kessel and the manger yes the manger himself buffed out the scuff marks for her in 10-15 mins and sent her on her way. Once again Kessel goes above and beyond for the customer!!! Thank You!!

What can I say but SPECTACULAR!!! I had the fortune to be directed to Kessel Collision back in 1992. Over the many years since I first met Joe and his team of magicians I have been a repeat customer for collision and minor face lifts on my vehicles. From the very first repair to the most recent I have been very pleased. Their attention to detail rivals any other shop in the area. If you are looking for a quality repair, look no further.
My car was kicking so acting upon a referral, I brought my car into Kessel yesterday and picked it up today. From the front desk to the mechanics in the back, I was treated like family. After dropping it off, I received a call from Joe, who explained the condition of my 2000 Grand Marquis. He went over everything they had found, asked me several questions and in-between, answered my questions. I knew it needed a tune-up, oil change and inspection as well as other items that needed to be addressed. Well today I got into my "new" car ----- because after picking it up from the men at Kessel, my driving experience is like driving a new car. It's once again a pleasure driving and that fear I had of, "what's going to happen next", is no longer with me. Andy reviewed each part of the bill with me and answered any remaining questions I had. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail was great and though I try to stay away from giving anyone or place a perfect score as a rating, here it is hands down in their favor. I completely recommend anyone with an auto question or problem to take it to Kessel. In fact, that's a good idea for a tee shirt: TAKE IT TO KESSEL.
