Bait and switch!!! Bulb went from $10 to $20 due to not having the standard oem in stock, even though the store on web claimed it was available. I will not return to Advance Auto Parts, will buy from Amazon!!!

That place caused me so much aggravation and money!..Long story short: When they returned parts..they put them right back on the shelf...particularly Electrical...Never went back...been two years and good riddance if they close.

Good friendly staff, don't mind when you have questions. Open pretty late, too.

I had unfortunately needed a warranty exchange on a battery that was only 11 months old. It has a 24 month warranty. The store staff was very argumentative and refused to honor the warranty. Told me I had to wait 72 hours to talk to the manager because he was off most of the week. I called customer service. Due to the incorrect way they wrote up the original sale their computer system showed wrong information . It took hours on the phone with customer service for them to finally get the store to agree to a warranty exchange after they confirmed what my mechanic determined was a defective battery. They (customer service) was unable to get any manager involved as none were around. The next day I returned to the store where a less than professional manager checked the battery and confirmed it was defective. He then exchanged the battery at the request of customer service. He wouldn’t install because the nut was too tight for him. Horrible experience from start to finish. I suggest buying your batteries elsewhere.

Great service staff was excellent .Great service staff was excellent prices can always be a little lower but you do get quality for what you spend.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the timed and attention Sean gave me. Most of all he has the most happy pleasant personality ! Just minutes before I call autozone and decided to go somewhere else because the woman's attitude was appauling. Advanced is actually more reasonably priced than Autozone. They will have all of my business!!

George in Rocky Point store came out to check the state of my battery, it was low and he had one in stock and replaced it right away. Made my wife very happy. Thank you team

Had to replace a battery while out and about. George was the tech, he installed the battery, tested the alternator and did all this with a smile. What great service at this shop!!!! Highly recommend, hard to find service like this these days. Thanks George!

Good selection. Prices a little on the high side. Recently went back and was assisted by Eric. He was helpful friendly and professional. Glad I went back. Eric gave me some great advice on a battery for my car. Knows his stuff!

Main street location i feel as if ceritan staff should have more automotive education as i had gotten a vw part and it was the wrong one TWICE then the following week i got a lincoln belt and it was the wrong part TWICE where as at the river street location on the other hand i went to them for the third time and both times the third time really was the charm. all staff super knowlegeable and on both occasions and rapidly got me the correct parts. Needless to say ill be doing my shopping on river street from now on.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this location and its employees. They all know me a little too well. I always get my parts from here. The prices are decent, the variety of brands they offer are great. There might have been 1 or 2 times when they didnt have the part I was looking for but they were eager and willing to order it from another location and get it sent down there. Great customer service always!

During my visit to Advance Auto Parts, I was pleased with a quick checkout. The cashier provided excellent customer service. Advance Auto Parts had a good selection of products to choose from. I am a satisfied customer and reccomend this store for a great shopping experience.

They seem to always have what I need. Very helpful people working there. Some staff are actually former mechanics. They will help you with things like replace your battery or wiper blades. Prices are fair to good. Enough parking for free.

I love walking into a store and being taken care of quickly, professionally and proficiently. Jerry had my new bulb replaced and me back on the road in minutes. Thank you Jerry.

Came in asking about a replacement hose for my windshield washer fluid. George was working and he took care of everything. Literally. New hose connectors and installed them. Yeah I know... 5 stars seems silly for an auto parts store, but nearly everyone behind counter super cool. Plus the old carpart guys from Broadway Rocky Point are in there now too. Super knowledgeable. Two closer places... But I go here.

I dont even know where to begin with this rating. I had such a unique and complicated situation with my cars headlight. I'm a very hands on and eager to learn when it comes to auto mechanics. I'd rather learn how to do it myself rather than pay someone hundreds of dollars bc I was lazy and didnt wanna get my hands dirty. Well I found the perfect employee to assist with my situaiton, George! He was patient, knowledgeable and very kind to me. He helped from start to finish ( took almost 2 hours for us to rewire the whole headlight harness).and now my car finally was able to pass inspection ( every light bulb I installed would burn out almost immediately). Thank u soooo much George for all your help :)

After checking the closing time of this shop i had an hour left until they close. I had walked into the shop and not even 2 steps in the women cashier screams an expletive at me followed by "we are closed" even though their website had clearly said they were not closing for another hour. I froze with disbelief, turned around and walked out. I love advanced auto. I think their system is great for getting what you need and getting out as well as the staff normally being very helpful if needed. As a part time mechanic who works in the area i can say unfortunately they have lost my business.

Advanced Auto is our "Member's Choice" source! Another Priceless resource is their superbly knowlegable sales staff and management. Friendly return and exchanges too. Always best prices and great frequent buyer programs. Our members love them and so do I and my 4 classic cars and two daily driver cars!

I bought and had a battery installed in under ten minutes. They are the most friendliest, effficient people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in a store. It seems like the employees really enjoy their jobs.
