Eddie knows how to treat people right. When my PC stopped working on my day off, he walked me through some troubleshooting steps on the phone. Despite being a new customer and potentially losing the opportunity to fix it himself, he went above and beyond to help solve my problem remotely. When it became clear I couldn't handle the issue on my own, I brought in the tower and was back up and running later that night. Thank you Eddie, I'll be back for any issues in the future!

Sisters Phone crashed and wouldn’t turn on and after a quick diagnostic he said it was just cuz it was old and didn’t have any space and told to delete any unnecessary apps didn’t charge anything so gonna give them a 5 star review
Great service, and quick turnaround. Had a problem with my PC that was tough to find a solution for, but he worked hard on it and it was good the next day. Have not had a problem on it since!
At the suggestion of a good friend, I brought my locked phone to Mr.TechPro. i was told that the only option i had was to reset the phone, which meant I would lose everything. So, I decided to purchase a phone at that store. The Owner, as well as the service I received was professional and top-notch. My Hero!! My phone took a pretty bad fall into a river when on vacation and I thought all was lost! I took it in to Mr. Tech Pro and he was able to fix my phone the same day!! My phone was a disaster but he didnt give up and performed the best cell phone surgery I have ever witnessed!! Thank you for saving my phone!! Lifelong customer now for sure!
The owner Eddie was a great help. I shattered my iPhone and helped me repair it so we could see if it was still able to work. It was damaged beyond repair so he helped me step by step on what I should do regarding it. Didn’t charge me a dime, was a great and helpful person in all aspects. I would 10/10 recommend this shop for anyone and I will definitely be coming back here any time I have issues with any of my devices based on how genuine and helpful he was. Thanks again Eddie!

A piece of my charger got stuck in my iPad. I took it to the fixed screen place on Montauk Highway and the guy told me it would be $50 if he could fix it and $120 if it’s still didn’t work. ?? I then went to Mr. Tech Pro and with question he fixed it in 5 minutes and only charged me $25!! Highly recommend Mr. Tech pro! He was quick, fairly priced and very professional!
Wish I didn’t go here to get my phone. I bought a refurbished phone and with every tiny drop the phone screen cracked more and more, compare it with a new phone you could drop it 100 times before it cracked but not here. Reason it’s 2 stars and not 1 is bc the owners are really nice and quick, but they do sell phones that crack very easily.
Edit- I bought a IPhone 14 Pro and it didn’t matter how I dropped it. If I dropped it 10 times it would crack or scratch 9 times. Compare to my other phones if I dropped it 100 times it would scratch 1 time. Once I dropped it with the case and still screen started going black bc the screen was messed up. I had to go to talk 3 times to fix it and it would keep cracking. Now I got a new phone and it doesn’t crack
I have the new iPhone SE and had to get the screen fixed. I went here and the service was really good. Eddie, the man who works there, is very nice and helped me a lot. My phone was fixed in 15 minutes and it looked good as new. They also put on a screen protector for me, which was really nice. It total it was $80 which is not bad and the least expensive phone repair place I found. 100% recommended if you need your device repaired. Great service!!
