Neptune Auto Repair did brakes and inspection on my Jeep Cherokee for an unbelievable great price compared to the other shop I was going to use. They were so accommodating and knowledgeable. Great group of guys definitely going back for future service . Highly recommend!!! Thanks again guys !!

Needed an inspection. All the other shops in town either couldn't take me, didn't know how long it would take, or told me I needed an appointment. Went to Neptune, they did my inspection, and I was out in 10 minutes. Friendly service too. Will definitely be back

Usually, I would never take my car to a shop. I usually work on it myself, but sometimes some things are out of my league. I took my car to these guys and they were great and I could tell they weren’t trying to screw me over or anything like that highly recommend

I had a bad fuel pump on my vehicle. The crew at Neptune's replaced it and while replacing it they noticed my connector plug was melted and changed it for me without charging me anything extra. Most shops I've been to woulda charged me extra. They even showed me actual pictures of the parts they replaced. I was thankful for their honesty and a job well done. I also had an issue with a brake line that they took care of for me. Thank you to the crew for helping me out and doing a great job.

The service here is always great. I was informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True to their word it was done in time they said and cost was exactly what they quoted me. I drove all the way from Selden to fix an issue that other mechanics wanted me to make a an appointment for the shortest was a week… the Mechanic here was very welcoming, he greeted me as soon as I got there, i was able to get my car looked at the same day and I got my car back in a couple hours…… I left my car there he took good care of it, he explained the issue thoroughly he was very honest I’ll be a returning customer for sure…

This is the first time going to Neptune and usually I do not do reviews but I can honestly say that Neptune Auto is a good and honest auto repair shop. John the owner is an awesome guy. Exactly, what he says he's going to do and the rate you will pay is exactly what he does and the price you pay. My car needed welding because the pipes were loose and the car was making a loud noise. I called his shop and he told me to bring the vehicle in and his mechanic fixed the car within 2 an a half hours and I got to drive it back home the same day without any noise. I was surprise and happy that It was fixed the same day. Usually a mechanic shop tells you to drop it off and pick it back up another day no matter what the issue is. The next thing he did which I admired which no other mechanic would have done. When I asked to see what the problem was when he lifted the car up. He didn't refuse or got angry. He showed it to me before it got fixed and after they finish fixing it. I truly respected him for that. From now on I will be going to his shop only. I already told him he's my mechanic from now on..lol .

I'd like to sincerely thank John at Neptune for inspecting my Camper last minute before they closed thurs night . I had an appt at 4:30 at M & L Auto on Mastic Rd ,We arrive before hand and was told they closed early of which I was told they do this often. We called around and Johns Auto shop at Neptunes had us come right down. I can't say enough about this Shop. They really saved the day. Thankyou so much. Elaine Mastic Beach.

Fantastic Service, Highly Recommend I had an excellent experience at Neptune Auto Repair today when I took my Jeep Wrangler in!!! They do an amazing and effective job. I have been to Neptune Auto Repair a few times now for some work on my cars and van. I was recommended by my brother to stop down. Neptune Auto Repair even helped install a trailer hitch onto my van. I have nothing but good things to say about John and his crew. John and Domingo are very friendly, and they are a very honest repair shop. They have helped me and my family numerous times. Neptune Auto Repair is hands down one of the best shops around. The owner and staff are some of the nicest people you’ll meet — honest, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Unlike a lot of other places, they don’t try to rip you off or upsell unnecessary work. They tell it like it is and do quality repairs at fair prices. So glad to have a trustworthy auto shop in the neighborhood!

I've been living here for 30 plus years, and I never even noticed this place. It it tucked away behind Jimmy's Diner. I needed an inspection ASAP, and I was in and out in 15 minutes.
