Car battery light came on in my car. Called Riteway … they told me to come right down…. Within 20-30 minutes a new battery was installed and I was on my way. Always great service. Professional and reliable. Highly recommend .

Love it every time. It's as comfortable as my own living room. This time I even brought my crocheting with me. Plus customer service is great, I am given the straight skinny from the start good or bad and I got out of there much sooner than I expected.

My 1991 pickup truck refused to start one day recently after almost 35 years of faithful service. I contacted my mechanic in Rocky Point whom I trusted to care for my vehicles for 40 years. He appeared like he couldn't be bothered and suggested that I sell for scrap.I was annoyed to say the least. I contacted Riteway Automotive in Patchogue. I asked Sandro to check to see if I had a draw with my battery and also my timing was off on my 64 impala. He had it done on a Tuesday after dropping it off Monday morning. Quick and responsive. Also was told I needed an alternator from another shop but Sandro told me all was good to go. Thank you Riteway.

I brought my truck in for an overall inspection to see if any major items were needed , I wasn't happy with the way the truck was driving. I received an impressive inspection report with pictures of the issues to be fixed. We reviewed the report together , Sandro took the time to explain the whys and how and they were able to take care of the issues that day. When it comes to restaurants you can get reviews from a dozen places . But how hard is is it to find a an honest , dependable mechanic ? Next to impossible. These guys take actual pictures of the problems so you can see for yourself what the issues are . I mean who does that ? Sandro is patient in explaining what’s wrong and what solutions are available . He’s actually not performed some minor repairs because he felt they were unnecessary . Riteway is an amazing shop. They are up front with everything and they do an all over inspection on your vehicle and send you the report with photographs and detailed descriptions. They were really a life saver this past week where my wife’s car had a coolant leak and it was her only form of transportation for the weekend. They were able to overnight the needed metal pipe that had rusted away from Honda and they got the job done in the morning on a day they were supposed to be off. They went above and beyond and we really are grateful for it. Truly an amazing shop, great work, great customer service and attention to detail. I will always recommend Riteway.

Got my 2015 Porsche Macan S in August 2014. I always took the car to Porsche for servicing and maintenance. I believed that it was necessary for the proper care and upkeep of my vehicle. Well, when my air conditioning was not working that all ended. After getting an outrageous price just to diagnose the problem from Porsche I had enough.
