Do not waste your time. These people will say any and everything and DO any and everything to get you to drive off the lot, And not in a good way. Somehow, my vehicle was registered to someone in my household that wasn’t even present with me at the date of purchase, with a signature on file by the person (this was admitted by staff on the phone)… how does one sign a document when they weren’t even there??? Never stepped foot in the dealership ever. That is forgery on legal documentation. As a result of thinking the car is mine while it never was, the DMV lapsed and suspended my car’s registration for 90 days.Undrivable for months. Nor was it ever communicated by any of the sales reps or financing guy that the car was registered to someone that wasn’t me. Paul and Gran to be specific. When I called just to ask simple questions I was snakily asked why it took me so long to notice, and what exactly is it they want me to do about it. Not to mention the cars back doors stopped responding to the key fob days after driving off the lot and all of a sudden I was told it was a common issue for the model (wasn’t communicated at the time of purchase..shocker) AND that it wasn’t fixable under warranty. The people here will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale and not what is NEEDED to be heard, because if I knew the car wasn’t going to be registered under me then I would’ve walked out the door. I now have to rid of the car due to it being virtually useless for months as the DMV doesn’t care about sob stories, pointed fingers or dealership mistakes, a suspension is a suspension. I would recommend ANY other Nissan dealer on the island than this one.

I brought my truck into Nissan 112 Service on Thursday, 2/12 for a possible belt issue. They performed a diagnostic, which I expected, and provided me with a repair quote. I was informed that the required parts would not arrive until the following day. The gentleman that helped me was patient and helped the best to his ability. I was initially told that the diagnostic fee would be waived if I proceeded with the repair. However, I was also told that if I picked up my vehicle and did not leave it there, I would be charged the diagnostic fee. I explained to the service team that I had a doctor’s appointment and needed my vehicle. I had just broken out in shingles and needed to begin medication within a 72 hour window. In addition, I needed time to review my finances to ensure I could responsibly move forward with the repair expense. Because of these circumstances, I picked up my truck. The following Monday, 2/16, I called to ask if they would honor the original pricing that was quoted to me on Thursday. I was told they would not honor it because I chose to pick up my vehicle instead of leaving it there. The manager Mohamed (I believe that’s his name) denied honoring the price. While I understand policies are in place for a reason, the situation felt inflexible given the medical urgency and financial considerations I explained at the time. Had I not picked up my truck, I would have delayed starting necessary medication and risked being in significantly more pain. I would have appreciated more understanding and accommodation given the circumstances.

Dishonest sales process. My father and brother spent almost 10-12 hours combined in two days working on a lease for a new Sentra. The salesman told them what they wanted to hear, promised to make their number worked and said if we signed that day (yesterday) they would meet the number. Came back that credit history was not long enough length wise, so I gladly cosgined to help with the credit support. Finance "stopped answering" once 6PM hit and we were told 10AM today that they will get the answer, since it did not look like they reviewed my credit. They took the deposit from us as well. Now at 130PM, after this whole process started 130 PM yesterday, and 5 hard hits to my credit later as a cosigner, they suddenly could not meet the deal they offered and agreed to yesterday, and came back trying to convince to finance at double the monthly price instead, which is not what was agreed upon. It is poor practice to agree to a sales deal and not deliver an honest result; especially to try and work more money into a finance deal, while putting hard inquiries on individuals credits without the intention to close. Very disappointed. **In response to the reply below, thank you for taking the time. Unfortunately that was not the complete circumstance in which that had happened. After cutting ties on the dealership, this morning my credit was run, as a cosigner after the deal was cancelled and money was returned; without my consent. One person from finance told me after I called with concerns that Matty, the sales person involved, told them to run the credit for the deal this morning - and then Paul from finance saying no one ran my credit today, which speaking with Experian and Trans Union after the conversation with finance, they confirmed concluded it was ran today - a full day after a cancelled deal. Point being that there is no clear honest communication in the process, otherwise this would not have happened. I am not the first with this experience since according to many results on this location specifically show "Nissan 112 has faced multiple complaints, including customer dissatisfaction with sales practices and a significant settlement for deceptive tactics." Unfortunately this is proven true.**

We were so happy with the customer service. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and accommodation. When we picked up the car. We were in and out quickly. I have never been in and out of a dealer so promptly.

Nothing more that I hate is to have to buy or lease a car as more often than not I feel cheating after the haggling . This time was different. After lust recently leasing a car I wasn’t expecting to deal with another need so soon but life happens as someone hit my wife and totaled a car I already paid for . It was old so the monies trivial to assume a new vehicle . My wife rented a Nissan during the accident period and took a liking to the vehicle and thought that a viable option for a replacement car. Like many of u I didn’t plan for this but knew I had to get yet another car , but certainly wasn’t going back to my prior dealership although they tried . So here s the review , we went on Nissan 112 just to see and not close any deal and John Corpac was gracious and human being from start to finish . I have been in sales and service for 40 years and appreciate the difference. He did not make it a miserable experience in our time of need any frankly he is the reason why I went back and bought a new Nissan in cash . If he was a typical dealer gunslinger he would have had no chance. Instead he probably has my kids business . Thanks John appreciate your professionalism.

When I first arrived at Nissan 112, I was assigned to a senior sales representative. I clearly explained that I was looking for a brand-new, most affordable Nissan with 0 miles. Unfortunately, instead of listening to my request, he kept showing me pictures of used cars and continued pushing conversations about pre-owned options—despite me repeating several times that I wanted a new car. His reaction when I clarified again (“Oh, you want a new car?”) made me feel as if I wouldn’t get approved for a new vehicle, which was disappointing and unprofessional. At that point, I politely asked to speak to a manager so I could be reassigned to someone who would understand what I was looking for. The manager then introduced me to Mike, and that completely changed my experience. Mike is younger, attentive, extremely professional, and genuinely listens. He understood exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to help me. He took real time to work with the accounting team and stayed committed to finding a bank willing to finance my loan despite my less-than-perfect credit. After a few hours of effort from Mike and the accounting rep, they secured an approval—and I was able to drive home in a brand-new Nissan Sentra just like I wanted from the start. If you visit Nissan 112, I highly recommend asking for Mike. He turned what began as a frustrating experience into a great one, and his customer service made all the difference.

Great experience at Nissan112. Sales guy Chris didn’t push us once, and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Ended up in a Nissan pathfinder we are very happy with. Chris made sure to take us through all of the vehicles features before we left the lot. The sales manager Kenny also made sure that he went above and beyond to give us the best deal possible. The greatest thing was that we didn’t have to spend the entire day in the dealership- everything was so quick. Definitely go here over other Nissan dealers- I shopped around- no one could come close to the deal I got from these guys. I’ll be coming back to Chris at Nissan112 when shopping for my next vehicle.

I arrived for my service appointment on time and was the only customer with 4 reps seated behind the counter. They looked up, but no one acknowledged I was standing there waiting. (A simple good morning or sorry, someone will be right with you would have been appropriate). After a moment It was clear that conversation was more idle banter than work related so I approached and was made to feel as if I were interrupting conversations. Once being helped, I was then they told me to bring my car to the side door. (As if I should have known) I went back out and did as directed, then back in to surrender the keys and was asked, “is your car inside?” I replied, “no, the door is closed” to which he quickly responded, “because I didn’t open the door yet”. So, I went out a third time to drive the car in. At the counter there seemed to be an issue as to whether I had a service contract (which I did). Fortunately that was quickly settled. I wished the experience could have been a bit easier and more pleasant. I have to admit that it was the quickest visit I have encountered for having my oil changed and tire rotated, and the finally paperwork was just as quick and easy. I wish the beginning of the visit was as smooth. I could understand if I had walked in, however the appointment was booked before hand on line. I felt initial paperwork and any question of my service contract could have been written up and settled before I arrived. It would certainly make customers feel more welcome, appreciated (as if reps had an idea of whom they were dealing) and maybe less like an interfering stranger.

Toni Ann and Alexa were patient, kind, and truly listened to what I wanted in a car—especially since this was my first brand-new car and the interior details were very important to me. I recently switched from another dealer to this one, and it was certainly not a mistake. The level of service is incredible and certainly not what I had from prior experiences at another place. While It was a routine service, they took the time to inspect the car and found a problem and get it fixed. The communication from Rob giving me regular updates and making sure I was comfortable and understanding the work they were doing was first class. Also, to my surprise, I received a call from Rob the next day to make sure everything was fine and running correctly which I never got before from the previous dealer Service center I highly recommend getting your car serviced here. Unfortunately, the dealership missed their mark. Here they took my car in, and when I got it back, they had spilled coffee on the inside of it both on the door dripping into my speaker as well as in the center console very distressful. In addition the work they did was unacceptable. They made mistakes, causing other functions, not to work when I called them. They were not customer friendly and the net result is I have to waste more time and go back to fix their errors.

We had a great experience at Nissan 112. From the start to the end, we were treated exceptionally well and the staff was professional. Eric was a pleasure to work with, answering all our questions and helped made our decision to purchase a vehicle easy. Mike in financing was also a great source for answering questions about financing. The showroom was clean and complimentary coffee, water and bagels was offered. It was our first purchase of a Nissan and I can say we will be a repeat customer in the future.

Edit to add I did call service manager about a week ago as requested below and never got a call back. They don’t care about customers just their sales I do not recommend this place to service your car. Two years ago I went to get a state inspection and oil change. After the service I arrived home only to realzie they never changed the inspection sticker. Forward to this year, get inspection again and while I am there they upsell for their 30,000 mile service. My family often rides the car so just did it. Waited for hours more than they told me. The very next morning I wake up and the tire light is on. Not a flat just due to the cold but I noticed they never filled the tire pressure. Everything was 4-5 psi lower than recommended. Annoyed but whatever, three days later the AC stops working. Bring it back to the shop they don’t admit it is their fault but replace the parts for free. I also said and you never filled the air. So they said they will do it. This is how they did that. Would not go back.
