Just left Coram Home Depot and the employees were so nice! Thank you! I don't know their names, but one guy I asked about a small shovel for a car. Another employee informed me there's no salt left and paint samples are free. But most helpful was the lady who helped me locate the florescent bulbs for my kitchen. Again, thanks ?

This home depot is definitely bottom of barrel. How do you allow people to test the color of spray paint . On the floor in paint aisle . Very bizarre they allow it . Isn't that a safety and osha issue. I won't be shocked they close it . Shopping center a dump and most likely more stealing customers than paying . And what's the story with all the dogs allowed inside . What a mis managed store

I bought a washer and dryer all in one that is not working properly so I tried to return it because it takes to long to dry and the lady on costumer cerbis gave me a bad time trying to make me look stupid maybe I I'm but she doesn't have to tell me, when we got it they told us we have 90 days to return it if we don't like it now they saying I only have 49 hours, every buddy works on my house so no one did use it for a day or two so I'm not happy with Coram home Depot costumer service

I had such a great experience at Home Depot thanks to Adnan and Crystal! I came in with a rather unusual request, to match a paint color to my shoe and Adnan was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the result. Crystal also provided excellent customer service; she quickly troubleshooted for me and even helped me set up an account. Both of them made what could have been a complicated situation so easy and pleasant. I’ll definitely be returning because of their professionalism and kindness!

Home depot kinda sucks it's hit or miss. I miss the small mom and pop shops where you actually got quality tools, parts and help.

This is my go to Home Depot (of about 5 in a 10 mile radius). Everyone at the return counter, which I frequent, are very helpful. I'm always on the lookout for Dennis when I have a home project question or need the right tool for the job. The supervisor Matt has been great with me and my family - always going the extra mile to make sure we are accommodated with everything we need. I'm in this store about 3-4 a week and usually bring my 3 y/o daughter who is always greeted with a warm smile and given water when she needs it. I couldn't speak more highly of this location and staff.

This store seems a bit limited when it comes to staff on hand to help customers. Merchandise may be a bit limited during the holiday season. I anxiously wanted to purchase a washer & dryer late last year and there was literally no one in that department to help us place our order!! We ended up having to order it online. Not a very busy location, usually pretty empty. Cashiers near self checkout are always very friendly.

I want to give a shout out and a thank you to a employee named Robin. She was provided incredible service, she was beyond friendly, more than accommodating, very clear and she knew what she was doing it's hard to find people like that and it's very much appreciated. she really was a wonderful woman and I had a wonderful encounter because of her. Thank you Robin you deserve recognition for how you work.

Came here to pick up lumber and sheetrock, i needed a slotted lumber cart, saw none walking in thru parking lot so went to the entrances none there, went to lumber then around whole store none, walking over to customer service they have four completely empty ones i asked politely if i could use one due to not being able to find one and they told me no they need them, i told them i been running around whole store looking for one they told me go check lumber department i replied i just came from There. So they told me i had to look around the parking lot… which i did i didn’t find one used flat cart smashed the sheetrock in process, they use all slotted lumber carts for returns orders in back, or staging orders… they need to order more of them or actually let the customers use them not have customers run around the whole store then the whole parking lot. Unbelievable terrible customer service was there Saturday September 7

Today we needed a sheet of plywood cut. A man named Chris was happy to help. Such a pleasant person to work with. At check out there was a new employee being trained on the register and a line was forming. Jillian came right over and opened the second register and things moved right along. We've had the pleasure of dealing with Jillian at customer service too. We originally met LeAnn at the garden department register in bad weather. Now we're seeing her inside. She, like Tyler, Tony and many other employees keep on plugging to help doers get the job done.

Every single time I am here I am begging for someone’s help. Numerous instances of me going to this store and asking for help, I have to wait between 45 mins to 1 hour to actually get someone to answer my questions. There is never someone available to help assist items to your car, and the people at the register are not properly trained, and are watching TV or listening to music instead of cleaning, dusting, etc. on down time. A year ago I went to inquire about purchasing a kitchen, and the representative was out of the office that day, so I called the day after and they were extremely rude and disheartening to request for specific moulding for the new space! I do not recommend; spend your money 10 mins down the road at Lowes in Medford.

Today January 30 2024 I was at the Coram Home Depot, I was purchasing electrical materials for my sisters house in rocky point. We were purchasing a lot of materials so I decided to try the pro desk, I was greeted by Maria and Petal who were extremely helpful, they assisted me in opening a pro account for my father and added his military identification for additional discounts. They were both so amazing, nice, professional. Maria assisted my dad with installing the Home Depot app on his iPhone, she scanned his military identification and applied everything into his account, Petal took our order of materials and informed us that because it was over a certain amount she could send it to the bid room. The prices came down and saved us money. We had 3 shopping carts of materials and Petal rang everything quickly and explained that we can now send our future orders in for pricing and possible discounts. Overall I couldn't thank both Maria and Petal for all of their help. I recommend anyone with a small business to go see them at the pro desk at the Coram Home Depot.

So disappointing. The customer service in the store is terrible. I stood around waiting for 40 minutes at 36 weeks pregnant for someone to help me in lumber section. After speaking to several people who called over the load speaker to find him. He came over took someone else before me and then told me he was unable to cut the wood to the length i needed. Even though the man he took before me he did cut his wood to the length he wanted. Drive the extra few minutes up the road to Lowe’s on 112.

The worst home depot I've ever been to. Came to simply replace a nut and bolt for my trailer. 90% of nuts in all sizes were out of stock. Waited 15 minutes for assistance that never came, went to customer service and had them call over the PA for assistance, waited another 15 minutes only for nobody to come. Spent almost 45 minutes in the store and accomplished literally nothing and couldn't get help from a single employee. Seriously unreal.

Purchased an exterior door 3 years ago and a rock broke the glass insert on the door. Went to the door and window department where we purchased the door, but no one in the area. I asked an associate who told me to go to front and ask. I did with no help. I asked another 5 associates for help and all made phone announcements. No help. 35 minutes later I was told that Dan could not be found and there was no one else to help. If Dan is that important I would suggest giving Dan a big raise.

Store staff is very difficult to work with! Went in for an item they had on special. Couldn't find the item in the section. Asked an employee, They told me that I must be confused because the product didn't come in that size. I showed them the item online, then they realized it was missing on the shelf, stockers must have but another item in its place and responded it must be out of stock I showed them I was able to order it online. They checked and the had a tremedous amout and asked me to wait a few mintutes and that they would bring a pallet down. 40 minutes later I got the item. As I passed the customer service desk I stopped by to cancel the order and received verbal confirmation it was cancelled. The next day I got an email asking me to pick up the item. I checked my Home Depot account which indicated I had picked the item up and therefore I was charged for it. I called the store. The phone system is so bad it hangs up on customers. Third attempt is a charm finally got to speak with someone and they told me I was in the store the next day and picked up the item. Asked for a manager. It took another 20 minutes to find out what happen and to credit my card.

I was looking to buy a chainsaw. I had a lot of help from Elena (employee) in choosing the one that fitted my needs. She was very knowledgeable about the different brands and gave me good information about them. She also was very helpful and patient with me. Although it can be busy in the store she took time and care in assisting me. I really appreciated that. She is a valuable asset to the store.

This store has a few employees that perform the absolute worst at customer service that I have ever came across. It was difficult to get the attention of an associate and when I did receive help it was not pleasant. I made sure to be courteous and polite but I did not receive the same. I know it’s Home Depot. But come on!! At least treat people how they treat you.

Friendly professional outstanding customer service and care. great experience as I walked throughout the store and asked questions and at the point of checkout shealyn and Zach, help me to make a decision on portable heater I brought three up to the register, they had a great sense of humor and shared their own experience and it was able to determine immediately which was the one to purchase. I left very happy and pleased with their help and their genuine customer care and service.

Manager should be fired .this store its a mess. And hazardous . Items on top instead of empty shelf where it suppose to be ,to have acces for clients.you have to wait for someone to take down which takes forever even on a slow day . Bad management cause this .i rather shop with lowes much cleaner and not a mess.
