I had a great experience with Good Sheppard Autobody. The team was prompt, caring, and showed real attention to detail throughout the entire process. Gene was an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, professional, and very thorough. What really stood out was that they took extra time and effort to fix and clean up all areas of the vehicle, not just the targeted repair. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience here! A piece of molding came off the side of my car, and they were able to fix it in under 15 minutes. The service was very skilled and knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future needs.

I had to look for an auto body shop that would fix my car because of a deer. I looked around and came across Good Shepherd so I called. Gene answered on the first two rings. Being a woman, a lot of people tend to think that we don’t know anything. But with Gene, he is well spoken, very pleasant to speak too, as well as very positive. He made me feel very comfortable, knowing that my car was going to be Fixed and in in good hands. He kept me very informed and did not mind that I called a few times a week just to get an update on my vehicle. My car was Perfect! He also had my car detailed. I would definitely use this shop again, as well as refer . They are good, respectable, reliable, and extremely a honest Shop. Gene, thank you for the person that you are. Gene was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and gave options and recommendations for my rust and dent repairs. The price was more than fair. He completed the job three days faster than expected and even did extra dent repairs free of charge. Everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful. Good Shepard Auto Body is a well-run, trustworthy, professional shop. I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out. The car looks fantastic, especially with the included detailing. Gene the owner felt like family before I even got there I called him explain the situation my vehicle had been totaled I was only given x amount of dollars and what we had to work with. My vehicle is equipped with hand controls so getting a rental can be very difficult. He took my deposit before the weekend ordered all my parts told me he'd have everything painted bring the car in on Monday. He even accommodated my electrophysiologist appointment, which had been made months ago and I couldn't cancel so I dropped it off afterwards on a Monday and in less than 2 hours everything was installed and he was ready for me to come back. The vehicle looks like it had been there for 10-15 days. I have never been treated with more respect and a valued customer and family member and I'm not part of this Man's family. I don't care who you are pretend you know me and I'm telling you he is the best guy to take your car to my car looks brand new and it's a 2010

I brought my car to Good Shepherd Auto Body looking like it had just come back from a demolition derby. When I picked it up, I had to double-check the license plate to make sure Gene hadn’t just given me a brand-new car and sent mine to the great junkyard in the sky. Gene isn’t just an auto Body detailer he’s a bumper artist. A fender magician. I don’t know how he does it, but I’m pretty sure there’s divine intervention involved (the shop is called “Good Shepherd” for a reason). The man could probably buff out emotional damage. He’s honest, hilarious, and treats every car like it’s a priceless classic even if it’s a 2012 Nissan rouge with 3 hubcaps and a Cheez-It permanently fused to the dashboard (don’t ask). In short If your car’s been through the wringer, take it to Gene. He’ll bring it back better than ever and probably make you laugh in the process.

Gene is the best person to go to for quality customer service. He assessed my car for damages, gave me a free estimate and an extremely fair price for the labor. He completed the work expertly and in a very timely manner. Very honest and straight forward and a gem of a person! I will definitely go back for all auto body repairs. Made a life-time customer!

I came from New Jersey just to go to Good Shepard Auto Body — and it was absolutely worth it. We came back to our car after a regular mall trip and found a dent in the worst possible spot: right on the curved seam of the door panel, one of the hardest areas to fix. The owner, Mr. Shepard, pulled off a miracle. The dent is completely gone — you’d never know it was there. On top of that, he couldn’t have been kinder. He’s honest, hardworking, and truly a master at what he does. Don’t even waste your time going anywhere else. Sheppard’s Auto Body is an easy recommendation for anyone who wants quality work, great service, and a genuine business that does the best work on the island.

I just want to say I do t appreciate a autobody company uses different clips glue or whatever it was to put my car together and I was supposed to get a new door skin, turns out a ton of bondo and my dog lights were never replaced. Over 5000$ job and I find out from another auto body place, shows me used clips and glue not brand new clips,and what gets me they used my old parts buy drilling holes in my smashed up car using my old parts you want proof I got the box filled withy old parts. I’m disgusted.

I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone! Gene is an amazing guy and super nice—he helped me tremendously by pulling out the dent on my rocker panel and even gave me a great price. Whenever I need body work done again, I’ll definitely come back!

WOW! What service I got from Gene. My car got hit and was towed to the good Shepard auto body and I'm so glad it did. Gene was so professional, so nice and he went above and beyond for me. He pulled out all my dents, and painted my car. What a spectacular job he did. My car looks brand new! Better than before my accident. The paint is flawless and you would never know I had any dents. Not an auto body related review but better!!! I was in a pinch and needed a specific tool to fix a part on my bike. I stopped by the shop to see if they had it there. Gene was such a nice guy. He greeted me at the curb and I asked him my strange request. He was more than helpful. Lent me the necessary tools and even help me troubleshoot the problem. So nice to see honest nice business owners! If I ever need any auto body work I would not hesitate to take my vehicle there after this experience. Thank you again.

There is not another body shop that treats you the way that Gene at Good Shepherd does. Besides performing the best repairs in the business, Gene and his guys are pleasant and respectful to their clients. Never a hassle or problem dealing with Gene or his workers. Good Shepard Auto Body is a phenomenal body shop! Gene was incredibly kind, very fast, and provided excellent service. They went the extra mile and even buffed my headlights after fixing my front bumper and grille. If you need any body work done this is hands down the best place to go.

I was in an accident on St Patrick’s Day and my car needed to be towed. I had no idea where my car was going to end up. The tow company brought it to Good Shepherd Auto Body and I have to say everything was beyond smooth with them. From the tow, to getting to see my car next day to the finish line. Ryan and Gene are beyond helpful and extremely nice. They kept me informed as much as possible with my car. They did an amazing job with my car! They touched up the white paint chips around the car and even gave my car a bath inside and out. I HIGHLY recommend Good Shepard Auto if you need work done to your car!

I had two separate accidents and sent my camaro to Good Shepard to work only on the front with my insurance, as I meant to fix the rear later out of my pocket. Good Shepard fixed the rear damage for free. Both were fixed perfectly. In addition, they detailed exterior and interior. The car looked newer in everyway than when I bought it used from a dealer. I only had to pay was my insurance deductible for all these incredible work. People I talked to were nice. I would definitely come again for body work and I would recommend anyone to come.

I brought my Volvo here after someone in a black pick up, hit my driver front light, bumper & hood. Instead of stopping as I was at a light, the driver of the pick up kept on going. The insurance wanted to pay less for the repairs or total the vehicle. This auto body shop worked with the insurance company and were able to help us get the car fixed. Thank you all so very much.
