Eugene B helped me with the purchase and came out to the car to install the battery. He also saw my brake fluid was low and said I should have the pads inspected as that could be a sign why the fluid was low.
The workers at the store are helpful and knowledgeable. Yesterday Alex went above and beyond helping me with windshield wipers. As a person who knows little about cars, it is nice to go there and get the help I need. Always a 10 out of 10 experience.
This is the only place I trust and go to for all my needs. The manager Jerry is absolutely amazing and really cares about his customers. All the parts associates try the best to help you and get the job done the first time. This is my parts store forever

Saying that the guys in this Advanced auto went above and beyond to help me is a understatement. 2 weeks ago my battery died in the parking lot. The lot was empty. So I walked over to Advanced hoping to ask a leaving customer for a jump. Instead I went inside 1st and when I told Ed that I broke down; he went to the back and spoke to his manager and next thing I know he grabbed his keys and gave me a jump!! But then...a week later, Mt battery died for real...wouldn't take a jump/charge. So I came back to advanced and they confirmed it was dead and got me a new battery. I had zero tools..and it was 1000000 degrees outside. One of the guys checked with the manager, then came and said let's go, I'm changing your battery. Extremely grateful 🙏🏼 especially considering the gentleman was mechanically inclined. Took 40 minutes and a bucket of sweat but we got it done lol..but wait..there's more. So within 3 days the battery dies, but before it did, I managed to be next to the store. When I came in and they saw me, Ed and the store manager we're like...dude, we know your goin thru it and they tested and confirmed my alternator went bad and killed the battery. So they gave me discount on the alternator (which I really needed) and made sure I was able to leave the store with it in hand. Lastly, I had to come back again a few days later cuz I got a check the engine light (I know, time for a new car?) And the store manager gave me a quick scan and breakdown of what I needed, but he also checked my battery and alternator to make sure they were good. The guys in this store make me feel like it's still back in the days a bit, where you go in and they make you feel welcomed. I bet if you visit enough they will remember your name type of place. ALL the guys there are phenomenal and they keep it 💯
These guys are great over here im the manager at the jiffylube down the road these guys always hustle to get me parts and always call if there are any issues
They have a ups access point. They can not print your label, they only take pre done packages for ups. I believe all access points are the same so you could go to the main ups on horse block Rd. And they could print it for you. You can also go to a main CVS not a CVS inside another store.
While the prices were in line with other auto part stores, they weren't competitive and options that were available were too pricey so I had to go to a Walmart to get same item for less because it was at least $40 less.
Friendly staff, happy to help. Though they can be a few dollars more than big box stores for smaller items, this place much more in stock, even on the small things.
I went in to this store to purchase a battery for my 1976 classic Cadillac Eldorado. I told the salesperson whose name I believe was Tim according to the receipt that I wanted to buy the best battery he had. He sold me a Die Hard battery and I paid $209.99. Took it home and put it in the car and it was dead. Brought it back and saw another salesperson whose name I believe was Robert P. according to the return receipt. Robert P. said to me that the terminal of the battery is stripped. He said, “THAT’S why the battery doesn’t work, it’s stripped.” I didn’t sell you the battery like that.” When he tested the battery it was in fact dead and then he said that it was my car that drained and killed the battery and that there was apparently an electrical issue in my car that would cause such a thing to happen. Reluctantly he swapped out the battery with a cheaper version because the used, defective item they sold me was the last one in stock interestingly. I put the second battery in and the car started right up and has been fine ever since. So if you want to be spoken to disrespectfully and be told accusatory remarks by an EMPLOYEE when YOU are the CUSTOMER then this place is for you. For ME? Auto parts places are a DIME A DOZEN. I’ll take my business to a place with better customer service and overall respect.
Seems like everytime I come here nobody wants to help besides lexi which is pretty pathetic. Came in today for windshield wipers and lexi was the only one that helped me and apparently the other man is in the back not doing anything at all.
David and staff helped me out tremendously I have a 2014 ram my alternator took a dump and swapped it really fast under warranty and even help me change it thank you so much David this place is great!!!
Just want to thank Rob for all his help. Brought a battery in to get checked. He suggested a stronger battery for my 99 Chevy Tahoe. Hadn't start the truck for a long time. Got home, installed battery and started right up. Rob, Thank you for taking the time to help me out. Will definitely be back for anything I need for my trucks!!
Great staff part I needed had to be ordered and they got it within 2 hrs and called as soon as it arrived also the guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable I recommend this advance Auto parts over the others that are in my area A+

Recently came here with a dead battery, which the manager quickly replaced for free as I had bought it within two years. He made sure I was in and out quickly, respecting my time and caring about my wallet. I'd definitely recommend this location and their employees.
