I came in for inspection. I did need a few things but they showed me exactly what it was. Very transparent and I appreciate that. The manager Shawn was thorough and helpful. I’ve been to this Firestone a few times and never had a problem. Thanks for great service!!

Very helpful i went in to get tires. They drove me home and picked me up when the car was ready. And a very good price. I will definitely go back again.VERY HELPFUL

I have been using Firestone in Coram for many years. Shawn and the firestone team there have always been very honest and helpful with any questions and/or issues that may have come up with any of my vehicles I bring to them for service and/or issues. I would recommend this Firestone to anyone!! I have never left unhappy with the customer service or any vehicle services performed on my vehicles. I would recommend Firestone in Coram to anyone if they want a welcoming, honest, fairly priced service for their vehicles.

I wasn't expecting this to happen, but my wheel fell off due to another shop not torquing down my lug nuts; and when I brought the car to Firestone, Shawn had a mechanic jump on it right away, correcting the problem at a really affordable rate, and getting me back on the road quickly. I"m really glad I found Shawn and the Crew at Firestone in Coram, and I will be coming back to see them the next time I need service.

I bought the tires from eBay and chose this place to have them changed. Although my appointment to change the tires was originally for December 29th, I wanted to change them earlier because it was snowing on December 26th. They helped me and changed them early. They have very good and high-quality workmanship and are very helpful.

Shawn and the crew at Coram Firestone were awesome. After another shop told me last minute they could not service my car in advance of a snow storm, I called Firestone. Shawn verified they had tires in stock that fit my vehicle. With an hour left until closing they took my vehicle in and placed 4 new tires, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to get home safely. Top notch customer service in my book. Now they have a customer for life! Thanks again, Shawn!!

Quick and easy! I went to Firestone for my yearly inspection. My car was taken right away and brought into the shop. I don’t have to wait long at all for the process. Shawn and Ryan Were excellent and answered all my questions. Will definitely be taking my other cars here.

I am a 35 year true loyal Firestone customer and want Firestone corporation to recognize 2 valuable assets you have working for you. Coram store manager Shawn K and Medford Asst. Manager Johnathan are both excellent. They are helpful, listen to the customer, fix the issue, solve my problem- and call me back whenever I call about anything. I even followed Jonathan from Bayshore to Coram- making my commute a half hour longer, but that's how good these guys are. Not all store managers are worthy- believe me, but these 2 are. They need to be recognized immediately and I want to hear back from corporate.

By Firestone being honest with me, they saved me a lot of money, and headaches in the future. I brought my car to Firestone for a oil change and to check why my engine light is on. Firestone came back at me with "we believe your engine is burning oil. Considering you are under 60 thousand miles, we suggest that you bring the car back to the dealership as soon as possible, because if the engine is burning oil, there is a chance, depending whether or not you have a warranty and what it states, it could be covered. Unfortunately we can't fix or check to confirm the engine is burning oil because we don't have the combustion tests. Only the dealership can do that." I called the dealership per Firestones advice and brought my car in. The dealership stated there is a bunch of recalls we want address on your car. One of the recalls was for engine barryings or something. My car failed the test, which I was told is automatic approval for a new engine , under warranty. The dealership never confirmed if the engine is actually burning oil, but they are getting me a new engine which I am not going to have to pay for. Thank you Firestone for being honest and highly encouraging me to go back to the dealership. I highly recommend this Firestone. I will be a returning customer.

Shawn and his team have been the absolute best I’ve ever dealt with. Was really freaking out about my tires, Shawn picked up the phone everytime and helped me through everything. This is my permanent go to spot for tires!! Thank you so much to the team at Firestone here at Coram!

They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the results of the inspection report in detail, ensuring I understood every recommendation. I left feeling well-informed and confident in the status of my vehicle.

I only deal with this Firestone and am sad I am moving to Texas and I won't be close enough to keep coming. Shawn is awesome, the mechanics are quick, they're honest and they truly try to help you get the work done that you need on your car. They’re empathetic, fun, and personable. The cost of the repairs are always less than the funky old dealerships and they'll tell you if your dealership or previous mechanic are lying to you which is incredible because it saves time and money. Trust that I’m very sad that I am moving so far away because I don't trust any other Firestone with my car but this location and this team!

Excellent service. I wasn’t sure what my Gladiator was due for at 30k. Shawn looked up the maintenance schedule and we got everything done that was needed. The staff is friendly and they got me done quickly.

I shopped around for tires for my Wrangler and they had the best deal going. They had me done in about an hour and also saw that my wiper blades were torn. I'm very happy with the job they did and definitely recommend

Amazing people here. Shawn, Jon, and Rob explained everything to me when there was an issue with my car. The work was done promptly and thoroughly. They informed me of scheduled maintenance I should look into my next visit and were honest about things that could be addressed at a later date. I have been coming here for a long time and always recommend my family and friends to this location.

Shawn and Robert took good care of my car. Went in for a patch unfortunately couldn't be done. They were honest and fair with their price. I shopped around and was able to get my car taken care of same day. Would highly recommend.

My tire light came on even though I had new tires. It wasn’t an emergency as the pressure dropped due to change in temperature. Shawn looked at it right away, set the pressure and recalibrated the system. I appreciate the service!

...wow ! ....arrived at 8:10 for an oil change on a Tuesday morning appointment, and several cars were already in the shop...thought I was going to wait for hours...Shawn, the Manager, greeted me and said the car would be in the shop in five minutes...yea, I thought, here we go again....AMAZING ! ...the car was ready and waiting for me at 8:45 ! I am now a customer for life at the Coram shop...highly recommend them to everyone...already told a few of my neighbors of my experience...I say THANK YOU Shawn and his great staff !

Not only did they repair everything in the same day— I waited for the car— they did it within reasonable price and explained everything to a tee. Took my car here for a state inspection. John and Shawn were welcoming and professional. They promptly checked us in and I also needed air in my other car and they were very accommodating. When we picked up our car after the inspection was completed they were just as helpful and pleasant. We plan on returning for our automotive needs in the future Excellent experience!!

Shawn was extraordinarily helpful in helping me find the right size and brand tires for my Wrangler. He was courteous and professional, and the staff did a great job mounting and balancing the tires. They inspected both of my Jeeps and the process was quick and easy.
