If you can call these guys at 4:30AM on a Sunday on Father’s Day, and they take care of you then, then they can take care of you whenever. Very responsive and quick. Keeping their contact in my phone from now on. 5/5

I needed to get my truck unstuck from a really hard place and he knew exactly what to bring/use, how to maneuver his own truck and got me out swiftly and carefully. No damage to my truck at all. He was prompt, patient and very kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
My car broke died on a Saturday night at 11 PM . I had called a few other tow company’s who either couldn’t do it or wanted to charge me over $300 for a three hour wait!l! Then I called Instinct. They answered phone immediately and got to me in 30 minutes!! So professional, polite and helpful!!
1st time I called whoever answered picks up. "Hello" nothing else said. Didn't identify as an INSTINCR TOWING employee or company. Just HELLO. That was followed by my apologizing and saying "oh I thought this was a business". Individual just hung up. I called back. The same. "Hello" followed by silence. No identifiers. I then say is this a towing company? Person responds with "you looked it up on Google didn't you. Instinct towing". There's no way you conduct business that way. I would never refer a soul just based off of that encounter. Very unprofessional.
The guy was extremely rude. Once I explained the car is Awd can’t go into N. Save your time. If this is the case with your car you need a flatbed towing. He literally said find someone else and hung up lol.
Outstanding service and fair prices. The truck was running five minutes late so they texted me 15 minutes before to let me know, very professional. I would highly recommend them.
Guy came and go frustrated because the car didn’t can’t into N and I had a important call. So he just left without saying anything. Just doesn’t care about the job isn’t patient.

Awesome expiernece! if you can say anytime ur being towed it usually sucks .The owner operator recently risked himself during the snow storm at the worst point came out and basically saved maybe my life . I was stranded and stuck with no one around. He not only got me out and home but also took time to help me shovel a spot in my driveway .This guy is honest and willing to help you out he deserves the buisness . I usually don't post anything but he definatkey deserves thanks from me.
