A very confusing visit. While the store seemed well-staffed, there was a total lack of customer engagement. I was able to complete my entire purchase without being greeted or even acknowledged by the team members on the floor. Plenty of potential here, but the service culture definitely needs a look.

I went there for a new battery Pricey but it was worth every penny Your employee Camilo helped me out tremendously. This was the best experience ever at any auto parts store He helped me install the battery And didn’t expect a tip. Very professional. This store is in good hands while he is there. Excellent service!!!!!!

I would like to publicly share my experience I had recently with Camilo Quiceno, as he was extremely helpful while I was looking for rear windshield wipers for my Honda Pilot (2020). He put it on for me effortlessly, with no issue, and provided me with excellent service overall. I would recommend you to go to him when you require parts or services regarding your vehicle. Horrible service made me wait 30 mins to return a part for sur charge manger and we need to do a commercial account exchange and the other employee said that only mangers can do commercial accounts but the manger was busy talking to another employee in the back about unrelated work if they want to talk they should go to the park

I took my car battery to check because last night I had a light on in the car so battery went dead. The lady checked it and said bad battery. I requested her to charge but she said it can’t be charged because it’s bad battery. I was upset. Then I connected the battery with my another car battery and drove the car for 1hr. After that I took my battery to another Auto zone. They checked it and said battery is 77% good.

I needed something and arrived at 8 a.m., and the employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. One employee was assisting a customer, so I waited for them, but three other employees were just laughing and standing around. When I asked if one of them could check me out, they responded with a nasty attitude.

Horrible!!! if you want to be yelled at then come to this place. The manager (she has reddish hair) is so nasty and disrespectful towards her employees. I can’t believe she was so nasty to her driver. Her driver (he had a black hoodie i believe) asked a mere question, a simple question at that. absolutely unprofessional and i hope that young man leave that place no need to be disrespected in that manner.. she needs to have serious repercussions. Never again coming to this store.

Service is horrible ! The young adults working there have 0 knowledge of customer service... except for the one young female who wasn't wearing a mask badge unfortunately. Manager on PM shift dealt with 1 return when she had 10 people in line and 3 other cashiers (in which only the young female WHO DESERVES A RAISE) was competent to juggle a return, pick and order and still check out a customer without frowning. Store staff definitely needs to be addressed at this store. If you are up to waiting in line for over 20 min go here. I'll never return to this store... and all I had was a return of step bars that are listed wrong on their website! Smh

Understaffed! REALLY! Put on hold twice when calling ahead.When l arrived they told me that l would have to wait 6 days for a powersteering hose that was available down the street at Tinker Auto parts. Don't bother going to this branch.

Nice Staff, Sidewalk could use a cleaning. More a Building Maintenance Management issue, and not an AutoZone issue. But it would be appreciated if the parking lot and Sidewalk could be free of used oil spills be for the DEC is called in to investigate.

My 2nd time that have try to claim my parts garanty., I was ask like 30 times for the same number guy was acting all dumb And at the end of the sales this sales manager try to take away my parts garanty.........not going to this place anymore Rather drive a little than interact with this kind of people That sales manager with the big beard and that Latina in charge are not good at all

I went to AutoZone in Brentwood with my grandson I purchased something there by myself couple of days ago so I was looking for another piece that I needed so me and my grandson had one piece each in our hands there was a line I told my grandson to wait there well I go look couldn't find it so I went took my grandson's spot online and I told him to double check for me he came back he said it's not there I can't find a grandpa so we walked out the door the alarm rang we could continue walking this woman ran outside as we were walking and started yelling and we are thieves and that we stole those things that we were holding in our hands that we came into the building with to see if they had the exact one I was telling her to calm down she wasn't listening to me I said can I talk to and explain she was not listening to me she said she's going to call the police so my grandson was nervous I told him don't worry we stood there I went inside I asked the lady whose irates are you going to call the police cuz of you all I wait here she said it with an attitude I am not calling the police I'm guessing they must look at the video by now they were wrong or should I say she was wrong the next day the parts that I had in my hands with my grandson didn't fit his tire I went back with the receipts and wanted my money back because it didn't fit his tires. I brought up conversation with the gentleman that was taking good care of me and I told him that that was messed up what that lady said to me yelling not talking she could have talked to me and told me calmly did you pay for that and I would explain to her but she wasn't trying to hear that. The guy said well I would have done the same thing I say yell at me really that's how you do business then after a couple of seconds talking to him he said sir we took care of the problem she was wrong she could have came up to me what I was talking to the gentleman because she was there and apologized to me she didn't so give the man the receipt I said thank you nice knees and you're welcome sir and the other lady another lady that was there she was also nice she told me to enjoy my day and I see you too. The moral of the story is the lady could have went out calmly and talk to me or took a picture of the license plate and send it to the police officer there's different ways of doing it but just one lady decided to go ballistic screaming making a big scene believing I stole something at the end she was wrong and she didn't apologize for making a scene and making me look bad. But my conscience is clear at the end they knew that she was wrong inside and I figure I share that with all of you my grandson was nervous embarrassed he was asking me what's going on and I told him everything's okay I'll take care of this. Enjoy your day people have to be more professional

Was upset. Needed a quick part for my car. It was 9:54 and they already locked the door. And did not want to open the door. I looked at the sign and thought they just closed early and was dealing with a customer for a while. It said 10pm. So I don’t understand. You guys clock the doors before ten. Even though you state you guys are open until ten. I was mad because I was going on a long road trip. I guess it is what it is. Just needed a fuel cap. And if they couldn’t hear the doors being pulled open that’s a lie. I pulled pretty hard for them not to hear. They were just ignoring me.

I never seen such an incompetent customer service. I went there to buy a bubble light for my car. Ended having a wrong one and charged 3 times for it. I tried to get reimbursed but it took more than an hour for them to figure out how to reimburse. I ended leaving my money on the table with no light. Enough time wasted, I had to cut it loose and go without neither the right bulb or my money. A band of clowns

Absolutely worst customer service. They refused to replace the Duralast gold battery on warranty. I had no choice but to purchase a new one because my van was sitting in front of the shop completely dead. And after I paid they refused to install the new battery. I asked for tools to do it myself, they gave me 2 size sockets but the size was wrong I asked for some other size but they were like: that’s all we have if it doesn’t work, there is nothing we can do. So I had to borrow a universal wrench from a stranger on a parking lot. Terrible experience!!!

I went there this morning to buy some stuff. I paid and the person did not give me a bag i had to ask for a bag for my stuff i must have put my wallet down when i bagged it did not realize it until i got home and was looking for it. Called the store they put me on hold for about 10 minutes. Turns out they had it. But when i got there they had taken all my cards out and moved them somehow my debit card was gone and also a $2 bill. Not really good customer service either. It was my f*** up for placing my wallet down but they could have just left everything alone just out of good faith.

Always has what you need the problem is they are always short staff you can be one of 2 customers in the store but if the other customer is at the register having a part looked up you can be waiting for a very long time. Yes it is great that they take the time to look up parts for the customer but they should have a 2nd register for someone looking to make a quick purchase.
