Update: Billy is my go to if one of my daily driver trucks needs a tow. When it came time to get a non street truck from Connecticut back to the Island I knew who to go with. Awesome customer service. Billy answered the phone immediately, made sure we were in a safe place off the street and showed up super fast. My baby (Shelby mustang) was in great hands as he showed professionalism while getting it onto and off the truck. I know it’s not the most expensive car out there but I wouldn’t hesitate putting cars 10x the value in his hands.
Bill was great! I have a challenger so I dont trust many people with my car. He Informed me when he was Enroute to pick up my car. He showed up and his truck was in great condition and had all the equipment needed to drive the car onto the truck no worries at all! Once he delivered to the shop it was going to he let me know car was safe and inside the persons shop. Bill will be my guy to tow all my cars!

I had a great experience with Bryan. He helped tow my car one night when it was disabled, and was great with communication, documentation, and provided exceptional service. Bryan also provided top quality care when lifting my car on to the flatbed of his truck and dropped it at my house for me. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a tow!

Having to get your car towed is never a situation you want to be in, but Madden Towing made it so easy. They went above and beyond in my opinion to communicate with me and provide status updates. My car was safely towed to a garage over 35 miles from where it was picked up. On top of the professional service, this was done without me being with the car as it was so late at night.

My car had a major problem this afternoon. Madden Towing and Recovery bailed us out BIG TIME. Bill Madden was simply amazing. We called Triple A because we needed to have our car towed to our shop. We were told it would be 90 minutes. Almost 2 hrs later we were told a local shop who is hired by Triple A was no longer going to be able to help us out. Triple A then requested Madden Towing and Recovery to help us out and they did! When Bill showed up he realized I had been waiting a long time, no fault of his, and was as professional, helpful and caring as someone could be! I highly recommend his services to anyone who would them!
While an unexpected towing over a holiday weekend is never something to look forward to, what a pleasure it was to come across the services of such an experienced and well-run business like Madden. It was not easy to back his giant lift uphill on our narrow and winding driveway, yet Bill did it flawlessly and our car was then hauled out with the efficiency of clock-work. While we would hope to not need another towing anytime soon, Madden would be our go-to service, and we highly recommend them without hesitation. Friendly and thoughtful to boot!
Madden automotive is very reliable I moved and use another station closer to where I lived and was not satisfied with them I called Billy and explained what was going on and he came to me towed my truck and immediately checked it out I would recommend them to anyone thank you Billy for years of service
This tow company was on point!! Not only was the owner/driver very nice, he delivered my Can-Am Ryker quickly and communicated with me personally prior to picking up my motorcycle. Great company, would definitely use Madden again. Highly recommend if you want quality service!!
Billy was great to work with, very professional and reasonable to deal with! I have a lowered bmw m4 that’s lucky if it has a couple inches of clearance and not once did I worry about it scraping when I saw the truck show up. All brand new, top of the line equipment to take care of the nice toys! He even took my car overnight at his shop since the timing didn’t allow for him to drop it off at the shop. Would 100% recommend and use again if you’re ever I need of a tow, you’re car will definitely be in the best hands around!!
